Best Western Plus Suitcase Paris la Defense

This Best Western is definitely on the lower end in terms of quality; everything was pretty mediocre. There are small restaurants and a convenience store right outside, and it's relatively quiet. There's a water dispenser on the ground floor. However, the staff's service varied greatly. When I arrived in the morning hoping for an early check-in, the person on duty was very unhelpful, didn't even bother to check, and just said there were no rooms available. When I asked where the restroom was, they told me to go outside and look, even though there was one right there on the ground floor. Later, a slightly older staff member came, and after talking to her, she promptly checked for an available room and processed my check-in.

This is a really great hotel right by La Défense, so the location is fantastic. It's super close to the city center and public transport is a breeze with several metro lines nearby. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, with excellent amenities like a fridge and coffee machine. The surrounding area is also clean and pleasant. The service was exceptional; all the receptionists and other staff were very friendly, always greeting us with a smile. Overall, a truly excellent experience!

The room was spacious, and the toilet, sink, and shower were all separate. There was also a microwave and a large fridge in the room. Plus, there's a Carrefour City downstairs, and it's convenient to take the train into the city. It far exceeded my expectations!

Lots of Chinese guests, feels safe.
