Hotel is considered old and bare minimum. It is a tourist hotel that caters to tourists group. You need to fight for food during buffet time. Basically avoid if u want peace. The staff at reception barely speaks English. Pic of the surrounding.

The facilities and cleanliness of this hotel are very good. Especially in terms of food, we have all-you-can-eat long-legged crabs, which makes us feel so satisfied. The drinks are also unlimited. The hotel' private bath are very comfortable.

It was nice that you could use the private baths as much as you wanted, and you could check availability online. You have to go outside to use the bath, so it's a little cold. I wish they provided more hairdryers, etc. The buffet, baths, and service were all good overall. I'd like to go again

It is very convenient to travel to Yaso Volcano, but the room equipment is a bit insufficient. Tour groups are numerous and noisy. The hot spring bath is very unique and worth recommending. The taste and variety of the food need to be improved.

Just a hotel. It's a hotel that caters to tourists. I didn't know that when I made the reservation. There are convenience stores and pharmacies on both sides of a crosswalk. The room is not small, but it's cold. Everyone understands because the view is good.

The hotel does not provide kids amenities in the room. They do not provide anything for you to get yourself. You have to ask the reception for a toothbrush. It is terrible. The breakfast does not have salmon roe like people have reviewed.

A hotel I went to enjoy the onsen. The tatami room actually looked a bit old. It wasn't that clean... For this price, I would have just gotten a western style room. They prepared a yukata and a towel in a basket. Oh my, there was only one towel per person. When I asked the front desk, they said I had to pay 300 yen for an extra towel. I don't think I'll go to the same place twice. It was nice that it was located in Aso and I could easily go to Aso-san Daikanbo and other places by rental car. It was small, but I enjoyed the onsen. The dinner was as good as I heard.

For those of us who drive by car, the hotel is in a good location, far away from the hustle and bustle, and the environment is very quiet and comfortable. There are large baths and private hot springs in the hotel that can be used by the whole family.
