We loved the hotel and staff. The decor was exceptional in our rooms but especially the bar. The cocktails and the service were wonderful!

Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Aspen. Very friendly and attentive staff, comfortable rooms, superb dining options, and many other amenities onsite. The Jerome is perfectly positioned to allow for easy walking to dining, shopping and entertainment in downtown Aspen. We're looking forward to returning in the future.

For the third summer in a row, the Jerome has blown us away. We usually try to go the week before the Aspen Food and Wine Festival, as it’s fairly quiet and I have four children. They staff is always warm, kind, and accommodating. Everything from the housekeeping to the pool service is absolutely top- notch. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and we will certainly be back next year!

The Hotel Jerome is historic, and exceptional in every way. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, and make you feel like you are on a very special, memorable get away in the mountains. The food is incredible. The ambiance is alluring. It's just a special spot.
