A basic hotel with no frills despite its supposed 4-star rating. Firstly, it is very difficult to find if arriving via Assago Milanofiori Nord station. There are no signs and the mapper apps try to direct you via roads and roundabouts that don’t seem to exist given that you arrive above ground level and a multi-storey car park. The reality is that you should just keep walking through the pedestrianised mall of (mostly closed) shops and you will eventually find the hotel. Check-in time is 14.00. The receptionists were actively answering the phones while checking customers in which, in plain terms, is just rude. The room was very dark and basic. It featured a large wardrobe with safe, a large bathroom with shower, and plenty of storage with a mini-bar you can use as a fridge for anything else you buy. I was given a room with two single beds despite booking a double room on *********** When I arrived, the room was very warm and, despite trying to use the wall-mounted console to lower the temperature, it would not seem to work. I called reception and they told me that there was no cold air throughout the hotel and that, if I was warm, I could open the window. Thankfully, it was freezing cold outside and the window opened widely, so the temperature dropped quickly. There are no irons or ironing boards available. I had already read about this from prior reviews so brought a travel iron with me but, nevertheless, a bizarre decision for a hotel to take. I have literally never stayed in another hotel that wouldn’t at least provide an iron upon request. Access to the Mediolanum Forum is similarly not signposted well. Upon exiting the hotel, you cross ahead towards the gym, then turn left and go down a large ramp with a McDonald’s at the bottom. Turn left at the McDonal’s and use the pedestrian crossings to get to a retail park with a long row of shops and use the walkway to head towards the NH Congress Hotel. Once there, turn right and walk up a staircase to a covered walkway leading across the Assago Milanofiori Forum station and the Forum building itself. It was a good 15-20 minute walk door-to-door. There was a good £130 difference between the price of the NH Congress and the H2C Hotel when I stayed here. It is ultimately up to you to decide whether or not you consider the above to be worth the saving.

Well organized hotel with adequate rooms and decent breakfast (standard included). The staff was very friendly, but not always proficient in the English language. The location isn’t pittoresk, but very functional when you are visiting Mediolanum Forum for any event.

The only positive thing about the hotel is its proximity to the Forum. It is not possible for a 4 star hotel to have a fully open shower without a box so as to flood the bathroom. Then a large towel was missing, we informed the reception and only after the second call and after almost 20 minutes did they bring it to us. The presence of the guys who work there is just enough, just how they treat customers.

The hotel is located on the highway and very close to the metro station. If the breakfast buffet was restocked, everything you need for a good start to the day and a city trip would be there. The beds are very comfortable and you can relax for the next day.

Business hotel overlooking the motorway 15 minutes from the Assago forum. Terrible quality/price ratio. Discourtesy and rudeness are the order of the day both on the part of the guys at the reception and on the part of the manager, incapable of managing and solving any problem. The manager in question, instead of laughing in the customer's face, should search the rooms (see photo) and possibly also help the only boy in charge of the breakfast coffee (10 minute queue for a latte). 220 euros per night and not even being served at the table. In summary: - quality/price ratio 1 out of 5 - cleanliness 1 out of 5 - location 3 out of 5 or 5 out of 5 if you have the pleasure of reaching the motorway on foot. - breakfast 2 out of 5 but you have to queue for coffee.

Excellent 4 star hotel 5 minutes drive from the Forum, 15 minutes on foot. Free private parking, executive rooms accessible by lift with magnetic card, spacious, elegant and heated. Very comfortable bed, no tourist tax and Super continental breakfast included. Excellent price if you consider the other 2 hotels in the area and above all if you consider that you have to stay there to see shows like that of Madonna, who, having the habit of making herself wait like all the Divas, ends up in the night, this time at one . Room with carpet with bad smell, shower with dirty cabin, worn furniture. Inadequate restaurant staff, they removed part of the breakfast before the scheduled time and started moving the tables and chairs. Unclean common areas

Firstly, it depends on how much to book a room for. For 130 euros - yes, a great option. For 300 - expensive (we went to a concert and on the days of the concert, due to the proximity to the Forum, the room cost twice as much). Check-in: after a 7-hour flight, tired, we asked if there was room service. We were told no. They could probably at least say that there were cafes nearby that were still open at that time. It’s not easy to find your way right away - you arrive by taxi/car from the other side of the hotel, and the exit “to the city” is on the other. The room is normal standard. There are slippers, towels, a set with a file and a shower cap, and that’s it. Stationary soap/gel. It was available in the shower stall, the tank in the sink was empty, and was not filled in 4 days. The Internet is very problematic, it seems to exist, but it is not. I liked the breakfast. Location - a taxi from the airport cost 150 euros (!). The Forum is 20 minutes on foot, the center is convenient by metro. There is a good shopping center nearby.

Very rude and arrogant staff at reception and reservations do not accept any type of explanation for cancellation due to illness and without listening to the customer they charge the full amount of the rooms with a lot of anger and rudeness towards the customer. Never seen a hotel like this if it ends up with their rules and abuses.
