Found wonderful relief from the heat, the air conditioning in the room is very strong and the rest of the building is also kept cool, breakfast was also super extensive and plenty of play opportunities for the little ones! Reception staff who received us were cool, but other staff smiled and waved friendly to our son, so I wouldn't judge the service on a person.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a three star at best. The rooms are basic and dated. Some rooms don't have a fridge, the TVs are tiny. The layout of the hotel makes getting to the far rooms like the scene from the movie "The Shining." Redrum.
I stayed there for the MotoGP race weekend, and they basically tripled their rate and then cut the "all-inclusive" that is advertised all over the hotel down to a bed and breakfast service.
I checked into my room and then went to the restaurant to eat. When I returned to my room, my key didn't work. I went back to the front desk and they told me that they had given me the wrong room, so they had removed my belongings from the original room and put them at the front desk. There was no luggage cart or bell-hop available, so I got to lug my belongings to the new room, which was on the farthest side of hotel, rather than them transferring things themselves after realizing their own error.
The location is convenient to the track, but I don't think I'd recommend this place otherwise.

Goede kamer met goed bed. Wel erg ver lopen van de receptie en faciliteiten. Parkeren lastig, er was nog net plaats.
Positief is de keuze uit buffet-restaurant of a la carte, beide in het complex. Ik vond wel de keuze uit gerechten a la carte beperkt.

Vreselijke ervaring. Douche zat geen druk op de kraan, badkamer zaten onder de witte vlekken en de bedden leken net planken. Na 2030 kon je bijna geen snacks of drinken meer halen, dus het all in concept klopt al niet. Eten in restaurant was lauw en nattig, niet vers. Zeer verbrande pizza’s en idd opgewarmde friet van de dag daarvoor leek het wel. Ik heb zeer veel spijt van mijn boeking hier, en zal het niemand aanraden. Gesproken met manager en die wilde ons niet tegemoet komen omdat ik de enige was met klachten volgens haar en het waren persoonlijke dingen waar ik tegen aan liep… Stelletje gierige krenten..
