Strategic location in the center of Assisi, a stone's throw from everything there is to visit! Nicely and tastefully furnished room, fantastic bed and pillows! Damiano, the owner, a friendly and helpful person even with our little dog. Well-stocked breakfast, varied and with home-made products. Excellent, I recommend it!

This cute and small B&B in the center of Assisi made us feel like home. The owner Giordano is incredibly friendly, sweet and welcoming. You can feel how he tries to make his job the best way and make his guests feel good. The location is perfect, right next to the square and 5 min walking distance to the main basilica. We really enjoyed our time there

The hotel is in a great location in Assisi. It is an easy walk to all the sites from its location. The room was perfect for us and our 2 kids. Giordano is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful. He offered great recommendations of places to find authentic regional cuisine, and he cooks a great breakfast. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

This is one of those hidden treasures difficult to find. But when you find it...
The place is right in the center of Assisi, at walking distance from all the possible places to visit and admire in this beautiful town.
Everything is close by, from the momuments and locations to visit, to the restaurants, to the stores.
We had the pleasure to meet the owner of the place. We got a great treatment. Everything was perfect.
The only negative note: the parking. Since the place is in the historic center, it is not possible to park close by. However, there are plenty of parking lots nearby to use. Just keep in mind that Assisi is a small medieval town built on the mountain side and walking becomes a necessity in such places.
