Abbiamo passato solo una notte nel B&B New Day ma io e il mio fidanzato ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera era molto pulita e ordinata e subito abbiamo respirato un'atmosfera accogliente, "di casa". Anche i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi. Unico suggerimento che mi sento di dare è quello di segnalare dall'inizio la presenza della scala a chiocciola per raggiungere la camera. Noi avevamo solo una borsa e uno zaino ma chi non lo sa in anticipo potrebbe trovarsi in difficoltà (soprattutto se per esempio dovesse trattarsi di una persona anziana o di una persona disabile). Non so se sul sito o da qualche parte è segnalato, se così fosse mi scuso per non aver controllato bene. Per il resto tutto perfetto e sicuramente torneremo per un altro soggiorno! :) Beatrice e Michele

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo bed and breakfast stupendo, situato a pochi passi dalla Basilica di San Francesco. Un ringraziamento particolare ai proprietari che ci hanno accolto con professionalità e gentilezza dandoci la possibilità di vivere 3 giorni in un’atmosfera di pace ed armonia. Grazie di tutto!!!

La posizione, a due passi dalla basilica, è veramente ottima. La camera molto ampia e arredata con gusto. Anche gli spazi comuni sono molto carini. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Colazione molto ricca, con dolci fatti in casa.

Ospitalità pari a zero da parte della proprietaria che è è stata scortese, per nulla accogliente e non si è degnata di salutarmi né al mio arrivo né alla mia partenza. La colazione non era disponibile perché abbiamo prenotato un giorno prima (e quindi? Mai sentita una scusa simile) ma almeno avrei lasciato due misere cialde per la macchinetta del caffè!!! Casa piena di oggetti superflui e di regole appese qua e là e camera minuscola. Ma avrei perdonato tutto il resto se la proprietaria fosse stata almeno un minimo gentile e Ospitale. Ma zero! Mai più.

Great Location.
Great location, good condition of the property, the only big problem that you can not travel with big luggage, the B&B got a narrow and spiral staircase which make difficult to go up and down with large luggage. But the place is nice and clean.Attention to arrival time, if after 07:00pm you must inform the place. There is no reception.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti presso questo B&B. Proprietari molto discreti ma presenti. Arrivano comodamente tutte le informazioni necessarie via mail e whatsapp. Quello che ho apprezzato maggiormente è la posizione, vicinissima alla Basilica di San Francesco, l’estrema pace che si respira in queste stanze ed il check in molto agevole. Buona colazione con dolci fatti in casa. Il parcheggio è disponibile con una bella e panoramica passeggiata di 10 minuti. Consiglio vivamente per chi vuole passare qualche giorno in relax!

Appena rientrati da un weekend ad assisi dove abbiamo alloggiato al new day,siamo stati molto bene,colazione super,posizione ottima vicino alla basilica di san Francesco e inoltre una buona accoglienza da parte dei proprietari. Consigliato!
