A pochi passi dal centro, facilmente raggiungibile dai mezzi pubblici, permette di andare a piedi a visitare i monumenti della cittadina e di avere a portata di mano locali e bar. Ottimo per una breve vacanza

Sadly we only stayed one night in Assisi which is an absolutely charming town!! The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was very comfortable!! The shower in the bathroom has a tub which has a high step to get in to, not a problem for us, but if this is a concern inquire if they have rooms without the tub option. Our room was on the valley side so we had an incredible view. Breakfast was your standard selection of pastries, eggs, bacon, fruit and cheeses. Many of the streets in Assisi are steep as is the one the hotel is on. There is not much parking specifically for the hotel, we had a driver so this was not an issue for us as we did not have a vehicle that needed to be parked. The hotel is located within walking distance of shops and many sites, but as I said the streets are quite steep so take this into account when planning your visit!

The location is superb, just around the Franciscan Church of Assisi, and the hotel is a 5 minute turn right. At check-in, the hotel will give a green parking slip, then the luggage will be put down, and the car will be taken to the parking lot of the Franciscan Church. The front desk staff will help to mark the parking lot route on the map, or the Google navigation input parking lot English name Instructed to go, very accurate, the green parking slip should be placed in the front windshield of the car, the parking lot walks back to the hotel for 5 minutes; when leaving, first go to the hotel and the green parking ticket to the front desk for 7 euros a day. The hotel room is white, clean and tidy, three people stay, add a single bed, supplies are prepared by three people, there are slippers. Very recommended. The front desk and service staff are great.

There are very few reviews on Ctrip's foreign hotels. Although the speed of updating room availability is very slow, I often receive information after booking that the room is full, but the price seems to be the same. The hotel is on the mountain, some distance from the attractions, but it's just a walk away. Compared with Rome, the room is very big and the price is cheap. The rooms are all early, breakfast is quite simple, there is not much to eat.

This is a very nice hotel. I rate five stars for the wonderful people working there and the amazing breakfast that came with our booking. The wine shop was nice too. Grabbed a bottle and drank on the terrace our last night there. Room needs improvement. Could have been cooler (a/c), for sure. Needs a painting and some maintenance/attention. It was clean, though, and had a nice firm mattress. Cleaning crew did an amazing job also. Wish there was a 4.5 on the scale as I would have selected it.

Penultimo giorno di vacanza nel country hotel ”la padronale del rivo”...... Se desiderate una vacanza in un luogo in cui sentirsi a casa è il posto giusto, gestito come da una grande famiglia dal titolare al personale di servizio (Michele, il proprietario, una persona speciale che sin dà subito ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo parte della loro famiglia, disponibile, pronto a soddisfare le richieste del cliente - - - la sig. Ra Nuccia, cordiale e gentile si dedica alle colazioni e alle pulizie--- la sig. Ra Anna ci ha deliziato con le Sue cene (tipiche del posto) abbondanti e squisite (ogni sera un menù diverso e mai ripetitivo)--- Amza, cameriere gentilissimo, disponibile e risolutivo. Tutti hanno avuto anche tantissima pazienza con i nostri bimbi di quasi due e cinque anni ( anche loro volevano ritornare ”a casa” (il country house) dopo le escursioni mattutine): si sentivano liberi e sicuri di giocare nel giardino e nell'intera struttura e soprattutto nella piscina con annesso spazio verde dotato di sdraio, ombrelloni e bar sempre aperto. In a time when some operators require advance payments when booking, Mr. Walter Nasini accepts our last moment reservation by telephone, without claiming anything, with a weakness that makes us feel like old customers immediately. This feeling confirms our arrival and is accentuated during the stay, in this family-run structure, from the ancient flavor (valid for all the beautiful scale in Pietra di Trani, perfectly preserved) but with finishes and 'facilities' the high quality and variety restaurant, the impeccable cleaning, the strategic location for the visit of Assisi, complete the pleasant discovery of a place to return safely.

Poteva andare decisamente meglio. Abbiamo scelto questo resort ricercando l'atmosfera ”serena e rilassante”, decanatata sul sito web, anche ingolositi dalla galleria fotografica che pareva proprio raccontare un posto immerso nella pace e nella natura, quello che cercavamo noi. Abbiamo scoperto al check in, ore 15.00 di sabato 22 giugno, che la struttura avrebbe ospitato un matrimonio la sera stessa e la fruizione della piscina sarebbe stata possibile solo fino alle ore 18.00, per poi lasciare spazio all'allestimento dei festeggiamenti. Siamo rimasti molto perplessi, abbiamo ritenuto scorretto non essere stati informati al momento della prenotazione, solo qualche giorno prima; dopo 3 ore di viaggio e non avendo, a quel punto, altre alternative, abbiamo raggiunto la nostra camera, distante pochi metri dalla piscina. Tempo 10 minuti, nella nostra camera sembrava essere al Cocoricò di Riccione, musica trap ad alto volume (almeno sulla scelta musicale la struttura era incolpevole) che arrivava dallo stereo di clienti della piscina, che è aperta anche al pubblico. Abbiamo chiesto di abbassare il volume, problema risolto, ma, a quel punto, immaginando l'impatto di un impianto stereo professionale per il matrimonio, abbiamo chiesto un cambio di camera. Ci è stata proposta una camera più piccola, un po' distante dalla piscina, sperando di non restare svegli fino a mattina. Speranza vana, perchè fra i rumori dei botti di buon augurio a mezzanotte-mezzanotte e mezza, la musica del matrimonio, i festeggiamenti protratti fino alle 3.30 della mattina minimo (poi abbiamo perso i sensi per lo sfinimento) la nottata è stata parecchio disturbata e disturbante. Era sufficiente avvisare del matrimonio in fase di prenotazione, avremmo sicuramente optato per altra soluzione. Decisamente poco professionale e poco corretto. Struttura carina, esterni molto belli, colazione senza nè infamia nè lode, pulizia così così ma passabile. Consiglio vivamente, se vi piace dormire la notte, di chiedere espressamente in fase di prenotazione se sono previsti matrimoni, battesimi, anniversari et similia. Comunque, viva gli sposi.
