It’s was a clean and very good hotel . I like it .

Good location

Honestly, disappointed. The rooms are quite tired and the interior of the hotel itself. The pool is cold, cloudy green water and cool in the room itself. Twice they did not update the water in the room, they put it only after asking 4 times and in the end she herself went to take it from the trolley that was in the corridor. There is no heating in the rooms, there is only air conditioning that blows hot air and dries it very much. The room warms up unevenly and the floor and walls are still cold near the window in winter. For breakfast plus, delicious, fresh and varied. It was an interesting experience but would not book here again…

The service is very good, the stay is very comfortable, the breakfast is very rich, it is recommended to stay.

Love the spa. The pool is good. The rooms are warm. And the lobby is beautiful.

酒店設施陳舊，早餐沒甚麼選擇。除了餐廳職員服務專員外，大堂所有職員都非常無禮，看見客人提幾件大行李，裝沒看見。想把行李暫存，黑著臉，煩到他了。房間竟然只有一個插頭在地下，不能同時手机，平板充电。 跟阿拉木圖Rixos想比差太遠，日後不會在入住。

Отель отлично расположен вдалеке от оживленных улиц, от которых отделен садом. Прекрасный завтрак. Удобные матрасы. СПА зона, которая позволит расслабиться в конце дня.

阿斯塔納最好酒店，我覺得。

Хороший отель, хорошие завтраки, огорчила плесень в ванной которая выпрыгнула в то время когда жена в ней кайфовала:) уладили вопрос фруктовой тарелкой и орешками. В целом довольны.

酒店環境，衞生，餐廳都很不錯，服務人員也非常熱情。

Прекрасный отель с отличным сервисом, вкусной едой в ресторанах. Рекомендую!
