Такой грязи ещё не видели. Ковролин в пятнах. Диван в пятнах и прожжен. Кровать ободрана. Матрас жёлтый и из него торчат пружины. Покрывало без пододеяльника. Холодильник старый и ржавый. Сплит-система почти не работает, а окна в номере нет. Шторку в ванной никогда не стирали. Везде накурено.

Надоело хорошее настроение? Посетите Золотой Джин! Здесь за Ваши деньги быстро помогут Вам его испортить! Пьяный персонал! Сомневаюсь, что персонал официально трудоустроен. Чеки об оплате не выдаются! Хамство!! Нас стремились заклеймить позором, за то что шашлычник "лыко не вязал" и невнятно назвал сумму платежа, как следствие не правильно оплатили заказ. Рекомендую работодателю тщательнее отбирать работников, пока не растеряли всех посетителей..

Забронировали через сайт и перезвонили лично подтвердить бронь. Предупредили, что едем из другого города в ночь с маленьким ребёнком, однако по приезду номер отсутствовал, мы опоздали на 6 минут!не перезвонили уточнить приедем или нет, не извинились, разговаривали дерзко, просто послали в другой отель. Персонал хамло!

Ужасный бассейн. Очень пахнет хлоркой в бассейнах. Плохое освещение в раздевалках, лампочки не работают. двери в раздевалках , душевой и в туалете не закрываются. Так же есть фен, который еле работает и не сушит вообще. Не говорят когда время заканчивается, засекать надо самим. Были в бассейне час, задержались на 15 минут и пришлось платить 300 рублей. Не советую этот бассейн
