Bad internet, no TV channels, no Netflix. It is annoying to ask the reception every time we want to watch Netflix. Bad services, odor extractor does not work and when we asked reception they said they were disabled. And the rooms are like a street hotel. It was the best hotel in Atacames, now it is no longer, everything is in decline. I'm probably not going back

service was excellent, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the dining room staff was knowledgeable and very helpful, the pool was clean as was the complete complex. rooms are spacious and cleaning standards are high. For an Atacames stay I would recommend 100%.

El hotel es hermoso!! Muy agradable. El personal súper amable. La piscina es un sueño. El desayuno delicioso!! Lastimosamente en la noche se escucha música a muy alto volumen tanto del hotel como de los bares de afuera.

When I went I was very surprised by their service, but what caught my attention were their very nice and comfortable facilities everything, so when I return to Atacames I will definitely stay here again.

En general nos pareció un buen hotel, tiene una excelente vista al mar, la comida estaba regular, el trato del personal algunos fueron amables y otros no tanto, por último la habitación muy pequeña con respecto al costo, es decir relación precio/calidad hay q mejorar.
