Grand Hyatt la Manga Club Golf and Spa

We stayed here for 4 days but could have stayed longer. The location is pretty remote but there are plenty of things to do on the resort and within a few miles. Our first day there we took the free shuttle to the beach where Hyatt has beach chairs and towels. There’s also a restaurant La Cala that has amazing food. That being said stay away from the oysters! My husband and I both got sick, and I ended up needing a doctor. (Separately, the on call doctor was at our room within an hour and gave me shots and prescriptions all without insurance!). Fortunately the children didn’t eat them so they were ok and got to enjoy the pool for the rest of the days. Housekeeping is also very on point and did a great job. Because we got sick we didn’t have a chance to try out all of the restaurants but the kids ate from the Italian restaurants several times. They have live music sometimes as well. The breakfast buffet was amazing with very attentive staff, the outdoor space made it great too!

We made a round trip through Andalucia by car and the Hyatt hotels are one of our favourites. Noticing the Grand Hyatt La Manga. What we like is that is it not a oversized hotel with excellent service and excess to the lounge. The location is superbe. A little inland with a beautiful golf course although we are not golf players but loved the scenery. The hotel is already a little older but still has it's charm. The rooms we stayed in where a very good size, nice big bed, absolutely adored the quality of cushions in the bed. Very comfortable. Do let me know what type of cushions you use please. Everything was very clean and we loved the fact of the big shower and seperate toilet. Also the Balmain products. Although the balcony of our first room was a bit small. The second room we got was a few days laters, with a nice terrace was nice and big. Absoluty loved it. We would like express a very big THANK YOU to Senor José Ignacio Garcia, making our stay incredible as well as Senor Alfonso, the Senor we called brother of Louis (reception who looked so much like Mr Louis from Grand Hyatt Hong Kong) Senor Diego, Senora Martha (Lounge and Breakfast) and Senora Rosa (Lounge) for making us feel welcome and of course the rest of the team which names we did not get. We felt like being part of the Grand Hyatt La Manga family. We enjoyed also the lovely pool area's for adult. Swimming in that giant pool all by our selves and the family pool. If you are stressed or feeling tensed we can really recommend the Spa with the massage jet stream pool. Nice warm water, very relaxing. We enjoyed it very much. We where really rejuvenated and stress released afterwards. Can only recommend it. Our first stay we enjoyed the great cold and warm tapas in the lounge accompanied with a good Spanish Cava. Furthermore we tried the Grill restaurant. The quality of meat is superb. Cooked to perfection accompanied with a lovely Perro Verde Verdejo as I am a big fan of Verdejo. Prize wise and quality if exquisit. The other day we tried Don Luigi's as we love Italian food. We chose the Seafood panciotti with scallops and prawns and Cannelloni stuffed with shrimp, squid, mussel with octopus. The food was excellent with my favorite wine. The breakfast: there is so many to choose from, all kinds of breads, spanish cheese, charcuterie, all kinds of eggs, sweets, pastry, fresh fruids, cereals etc, nice juices and what I need in the morning a good coffee. I would like to make a recommendation for the breakfast which you could also offer at the pool area, also suitable for kids. You offer so much different kinds of fresh fruit at breakfast. Use these fresh fruits to make juices with a slow juicer. You could ad all kinds of lovely fresh cocktails and even adding fresh vegetables. This is what we like to do at home also. Thank you so much for the lovely day's we had. We can only recommend this lovely hotel about 1,15 drive from Alicante Airport. Definitely will be coming back. Ra

This is a fabulous hotel with great staff.Nothing is too much.It has a great feel.The place is immaculately clean.All the staff at Reception in particular are so friendly.

What a fantastic holiday at Grand Hyatt La Manga Golf and Spa. The hotel was immaculate, the food was fantastic and the staff could not have been more helpful. Definately recommend and would go back for sure.

Had an amazing time! The hotel lobby smelt fabulous and very inviting, the room (family suite) was gorgeous and had everything you need, great bathroom and lovely Balmain toiletries! We spent our time at the adult only infinitely pool, temperature just right and comfy Sun loungers, I did find some of the pool attendants not as friendly as others and didn't speak good English. Breakfast nice, could have freshly cooked things such as omelette, eggs Benedict etc Had lunch at the pool restaurant and the one near the adult pool, club sandwich was very tasty! First night was steak terrace, nice table overlooking the golf course, fab steak, sides a little pricy €8 for 1x corn (small), but very friendly waiters! Second night Italian, I must admit when I'd seen the photos before we arrived I had assumed it was outside, but it's all indoors off the bar area, almost like a Disney recreated themed restaurant, however food very nice! Third night was the Asian, we managed to get a table on the terrace, nice food! The bar situation is a bit odd as if you want to sit outside and enjoy the views you have to go to the pool bar, this isn't high up so views limited and closes at 7pm, we had access to the club (this is the Asian restaurant by day), however this closes at 6.30, so after 7 it's inside bar only, it's a nice bar but seems a shame not to be able to sit outside with a pre dinner drink! Reception staff were friendly but lacked local knowledge, we asked if they could recommend anywhere around the hotel to go for food or drinks but they didn't seem to know and certainly didn't offer to arrange anything. Golf was great!! Housekeeping cannot be faulted, room was spotless and we never saw anyone or got early wake up knocks on the door, turn down each night was lovely too! Didn't use the spa. Re
