I stayed in a Japanese-style room in the main building, but I was able to enjoy a relaxing and relaxing trip with a Showa-era feel. I can't deny that the facility feels old, but I think the rooms were well-cleaned. There are three public baths, including the main building annex, and even though we were using them during Golden Week, the public baths were very crowded. We recommend that you consider the times when it is likely to be crowded. The buffet has a wide variety and is delicious, and comes with an all-you-can-drink option, so it's a great value. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the time limit has been changed to 70 minutes, so it will be a very busy meal. If possible, I would like to go back to 90 minutes to 2 hours. It's a 15-minute walk from the station, so you can walk downhill from the station, so you can walk to the hotel while eating and sightseeing.Although it's uphill on the way back, it's a location where you won't get bored even if you try your best to walk. A shuttle bus is also available. By the way, Atami gets quite congested during the leisure season, so I personally think it would be difficult to get there by car. There are several ITO EN affiliated hotels in Atami, so I'm not sure where to go next. If there was one feature, I think it would be a hotel I would want to visit again, so I would like to expect more features and services from this hotel.

The best family inn ever. The owner doesn't talk much, but is willing to help you and answer questions. The room rate includes dinner + breakfast + hot spring. Everything is so smooth. All meals are delivered to the room, and the owner will ask if you need to make the bed, which is so considerate. There is an open-air hot spring, and the owner will arrange staggered times for you to enjoy it alone, which is very considerate. It is highly recommended that you must stay at Shizuka in Atami.

The hardware of the hotel is good, but it is very expensive on the day of watching the fireworks. The price is more than 2,000 per night, but it is not easy to get a room. What I'm speechless about is that the automatic check-in process is so terrible. I spent a full 40 minutes in front of my iPad. The operator didn't understand Chinese or English and couldn't understand. He had to write down his identity information and his domestic address. Everything had to be video-recorded with the operator. Make sure I am myself before I will send you a room password. This is the first time in my life to experience such a stay. There weren't any waiters in the hotel, but luckily it was not easy to get it done in the end.

I requested a room with a good view, but I had a room with a corner room with both sides of the sea and the mountain, and the view was good and I saw Asahi. The hotel is on the edge of a cliff and the view is very good, especially for watching the fireworks display. We stayed at the hotel on the night of the fireworks display. It was very comfortable to watch it directly in the room. There was no need to go to the crowded beach. The price of 2900 is not cheap. It seems to be only 1000 in the off-season.
The hotel is some distance from the train station, so walking is not practical. The hotel has a shuttle bus that leaves every 20 minutes but is often not on time. As a result, we didn't get on the bus after eating near the train station that night. The taxi back to the hotel cost more than 2,000 yen. expensive. In fact, it is very convenient to take the Yuyou Line bus.
The hotel is very large and there are many people. It has three hot springs. We soaked in two of them and they were all great.

The whole accommodation experience is very good, the environment is really beautiful, the BBQ and campfire at night are very relaxing, family and friends are very satisfied, and it is very close to the Shiguoyu Observatory, and there is a different scenery in a few minutes.
The berth is wide and friendly to self-driving travelers, but the entrance is slightly narrow, driving a vehicle the size of Alphard may be a bit difficult, but it should be enough.

This hotel is right next to the Mishima train station for both regular JR trains and Shinkansen trains on Tokyo-Osaka line. One can walk in without even cross the road. Access if from the first floor (ground) and the reception is in the second floor. There is a small shopping area in the ground floor. Rooms are of good size with separate seating area. Beds are comfortable and have all facilities expected in a first class hotel. More importantly the toilet and bathroom are in sperate enclosures. If one gets the station side rooms, one could see Mt Fuji in all its glory. Breakfast is good with a choice of Japanese and western dishes; and staff is quite helpful. The only issue is that noise insulation could be little better; it is certainly not comparable to what we found in a hotel situated next to a busy train track.

Excellent
FFlavioI’m a little torn to rate the location average because it can be a pain to get to if you don’t have a car, but the view from the room (apparently all rooms have view of the sea) is great.
A lot of variety for breakfast but nothing really stood out.
I didn’t get to visit the onsen because they don’t allow tattooed people.
I would stay again, especially in summer on a fireworks day!

GGuest User旅行の良さは、１お料理 ２客室 そして、３人とのふれあい だと思っています。特に３は１、２がイマイチでも帳消しにできるところがあると思っています。 機械が苦手な主人が、私のために一生懸命、携帯とにらめっこして取ってくれたホテルがここでした。お値段も我が家にしては思い切りました。チェックインした後のウエルカムドリンクはワインやジュース、コーヒーなど飲み放題。気をよくした主人は、ワインを飲んでいました。お風呂をいただいて部屋に戻ると、うんうんうなってベットで丸まる主人。急な腹痛が襲ってきたようです。主人曰く、空腹にワインを飲んで、その後おなかを冷やしたかな、と。夕食の時間が迫っていたので、フロントに電話しようとしましたが、おばあちゃんの私には、携帯電話のような館内電話は？？？仕方がないので、フロントに直接「主人が急に腹痛を起こしたので、夕食、遅れます」と言いに行きました。フロントはすぐにどこかへ電話。「お薬ってないですよね」と訊くと「当ホテルには置いておりません。」「アレルギーのこともありますので。」さもありなん。さもありなん、なんですが、その前に言うことありませんか？お客が体調悪いと言っているんですよ‼ 冷や汗タラタラ、何度もトイレに往復した主人。食事を楽しみにしてきた私のことを思って、ふらふらながらやっとレストランに。そこで対応してくれたホール係の男性の優しく温かい接し方が、今までの気分を一蹴してくれました。「お寒いようでしたら、空調を変えますが」「フロントより遅れますとの連絡を受けましたが、大丈夫でしたか」「どうぞひざ掛けをお使いください」などなど、ひとつひとつの言葉が温かくて心地よかったです。お名前は佐藤さん。佐藤さんおかげでよい思い出ができました。本当にありがとうございました。フロントにも教えてやって。

Payment is PayPay (QR code is at the front desk) or it seems to be a way to put cash in the envelope. If you rent a towel or toothbrush at another price, you will pay the same (there was) I didn't find a sleeping clothes, so you should bring it. (if you didn't put it, there was 100 in Max Valley) There was no kitchen, but there was a refrigerator and microwave. The facilities were clean.

It is a big hotel with a transfer bus from the station. It was close to Manyo Park and so on. There is also a convenience store in front of you. Dinner was delicious and the best except for the iron plate baking of pork roses and the western style pot (this ２ goods were better not. In terms of quality, not quantity.). The bath is not good or not necessary. It was a Japanese room, so it was normal to come to lay a futon, but when I told the front desk, I was saved because I could pass the ｢ service ｣ and be free by myself. Breakfast was good level on average, but the richness of the type is a surprise level. It may not be able to eat even if it stays for a long time in the feeling that there is nothing in the Japanese and Western countries. It is a recommended inn.

GGuest UserWe came to see the blooming Jacaranda Trees with the deep blue flowers. KKR Hotel Atami is a little off from the main strip but an easy to walk downtown. (Also quiet at night) It is on a hill and from the 5th floor there is nothing between you and the Sweeping Ocean! Wonderful View! And the Natural Hot Spring Bath, both indoor and outdoor have the same sweeping views of the ocean. The Outdoor Bath, called ”Seiki no Yu”- bath under the twinkling Stars, has some Zen Rock Gardens around it--quite relaxing. We stayed in the modern bedroom which was smallish, but clean and had everything we needed. We had the summertime Half-Board Plan which included an amazing array of Japanese dishes for dinner, beautifully decorated and delicious. Free Parking was in the Courtyard, the Entrance was a little hard to find, but everyone was helpful. We will stay again.

Poured the source for about 40 minutes and left it for ３ hours and became temperature. The ingredients are not very thick. The independent shower room felt ammonia smell. In general, I think the inn with the hot spring open-air bath is very good for young guests who are hard to budget, but I think it is not enough for adults who want to enjoy the hot spring in a calm environment.

SSouravThis is a traditional Japanese Ryokan style hotel. All instructions are in English however, means there are foreigners regularly staying here. There is a open air onsen (hot bath) which is very pleasant. Must be reserved in advance. Drinks can be bought at 200 yen a pop. This is a fully unmanned Ryokan meaning it self check in and self checkout ! The rooms are very small (4 meter square) which barely fits a bed. Pictures on the travel sites about the rooms in this hotel are deceiving ! The location is sort of OK from Kinomiya station but it's quite far from Atami city center and Atami sun beach . We took at taxi which was 1200 yen. Kinomiya Jinja is 25 minutes by foot.
