Hotel is near to Sun beach and a shopping district. It also provides shuttle bus service to the train station and is really convenient. Shout out to staff Fukumara Imelda! Excellent service from her and she acceded to my request for a change in room (with a top up fee) and made the procedures real smooth! Worth a stay for families as the rooms with tatamis are huge.

A historic hot spring hotel with a Japanese buffet breakfast and dinner, rich dishes, and free drinks. It belongs to the Ito Garden chain, has a high cost-effectiveness, a relatively new annex, and three hot spring pools.

I've rated them 3 and 4, but that doesn't mean they were bad. It's not "cheap means bad," and there were some parts that were cheap, but I'm always satisfied! Breakfast and dinner are included, plus all-you-can-drink alcohol. Table tennis and karaoke are free. There are also three baths. There are some parts that give a sense of age, but there were a variety of people there, from young couples to a family that seemed to be three generations, and friends on vacation. By the way, you can make reservations for table tennis and karaoke at the counter from 1:00 p.m. on the day of check-in.

We came to see the Atami fireworks. The area was packed. Considering that we had to leave after the fireworks, we chose the New Fuji Hotel, which was about 200 meters away. It was a very retro hotel! The toilets and rooms had a unique smell. I recommend the outdoor toilets because they are cleaner than the ones in the rooms. The appeal of this hotel is that it is close to the sea and the price is reasonable. I recommend that you can make a reservation for karaoke, as it is free.

The location was very good. It was the New Year holidays, so it was inevitable that there were a lot of people, but I parked my bike in the nearby bicycle parking lot, and once I took my car out, I was told that I had to pay for it myself. 💦 There was a long line for food, and it was difficult to get the food on time.

I stayed at this hotel on my first trip to Atami because it was close to downtown and seemed to be good value for money. Maybe because it was in the downtown area, the parking lot was a little far away and it was a bit difficult to walk in the rain. It's a long-established hotel, and it's spacious and big, but quite old. The room I booked was in the annex, so it was quite far from the entrance and difficult to get to. Of course, the room was old too. As soon as I opened the room, the futon was already laid out and the table was pushed into the corner, so I couldn't relax. There was an electric kettle and a refrigerator, but there was no information about Kannai or the area around the hotel, so it felt quite bleak. The view from the window was a balcony full of weeds, which was quite disappointing. The bath, which I was most looking forward to, was an open-air bath on the 11th floor of the main building, an indoor bath on the 2nd basement floor, and an open-air bath on the 3rd floor of the annex. There were three in total. The open-air bath in the annex was spacious, but there was only one. The height of the washing area was somehow half-hearted and difficult to use. The changing room seemed a little unclean. The lockers were also worn out. Unfortunately, it was raining in the main building's open-air bath... I wanted to go in, but there was no roof, so I gave up thinking, "Will I get wet?" I wish there was a roof... I guess if the weather was good, the economy would be great. The indoor bath in the basement of the main building was large, but there was only one bathtub. The sauna was very small, and the cold bath was a little small and old. The quality of the water was good, but I'd say it's only two stars... The breakfast buffet venue was very large and could accommodate a lot of people. The food was lined up on several tables in the middle, so there was no line and congestion, which is common in other hotels, and we were able to get our food quite smoothly. Everything was just as delicious, but there wasn't much variety. I wish we could have tried more local food since we were there. There were a variety of drinks and soups available in the server, and the soft serve ice cream had toppings, which was nice. Overall rating... I didn't have any unpleasant experiences, but I don't think I'd want to stay again. Excuse me.

The toilet in the room was against the sink, and the toilet paper was placed behind it, so it was difficult to use. Also, when I went to the shared bathroom in the morning, there was no toilet paper in some places, so I would have liked a little more attentive service.

The room was small and rundown, but the dinner and breakfast buffets were amazing, probably the best in Atami.
