A small boutique hotel. The female general must have been a famous beauty many years ago. Not only is her charm still there, but her English is also very good. The service attitude of others is okay, but a bit sloppy. In Japan, this is rare. The hotel faces the sea, and the scenery is naturally beautiful. The price is mainly based on the morning and evening meals. To be honest, the food is good, but not worth the price. While staying at the hotel, guests can not only take a bath in the room, but also go to the restaurant to drink and enjoy the scenery. The drinks in the hotel are of a high standard and are all free, but the network is a bit poor and there is often no signal.

Environment: First-class, sea view room, beautiful swimming pool, French food in the hotel, charge per person, children are included, nothing wrong except that it is a bit expensive

Pros: The sea view is not blocked by the hills by the sea. Unlike the pearl star, the main road is very quiet. The service of an old gentleman is very good. The service of the Quentin tableware is some Royal Copenhagen porcelain and some very good furniture. But for me, the level of Atami Hiramatsu is no longer comparable to Tsuruga Bizhiza. I checked in and took off my shoes and put them in the room. It was raining and two people came to pick up the taxi. I was lonely and I was still drenched in the rain. I didn’t take out the suitcase. The toilet wallpaper should be replaced, but the hot springs are not glass-sealed. The humidity in the room is too high and the hot springs have no flowing water. The old soup is heated repeatedly, and the water vapor breeds mold. Food and beverages are all sweet juices, no fresh fruits, overly sweet snacks, marinated meat for breakfast and dinner. Too many delicious shrimp dishes for the only dinner. The other materials and processing methods are extremely ordinary and unpalatable. It is not comparable to the master kitchen of the New National Museum of Art in Tokyo. The set meal is more than 400. The female staff told me that the hotel has no public space. It is also 5,000 yuan per person. All public spaces on the first floor of the building are equipped with high-end audio and alcoholic beverages. All beverages are free to order. Professionally prepared meals are delivered to the dining table. Room lobby public space Meals are in separate rooms. Eating here is open again. I have lived in Atami before and lived in Hoshino World. The room is very beautiful. Evening plum wine drinks and geisha performances are now under renovation and opening. I will go there again and have a good time. I miss the comprehensive comparison and will not choose the hotel in Hiramatsu again. It is outdated in all aspects

The meal lived up to its reputation. Both dinner and breakfast had attentive service and quality. There was a hot spring in the room, so I was able to stay warm during the cold season.

I join the other guests who have praised this resort for the impeccable service, the beautiful locale, the great cuisine, and the large and lovely hot spring rooms. This is basically a first class restaurant with 13 suites attached. The onsen room is Japanese, the evening meal is continental and you have a choice of either western or Japanese meal for breakfast. We were apparently the only westerners on the evening we were there and that was surprising because never has a 150,000 yen per night tariff been cheaper for those paying in dollars or Euros. I think a thousand dollars for two at this facility is a bargain when the two meals alone would cost $500. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels I have experienced in the world by far. From the food, room and service, every single one of them was flawless. In addition to the private in room onsen and excellent view, this hotel has everything to offer. Thank you to all the staffs in the hotel for making my parents and my experience a special one

Apparently the Japanese-style building was once the villa of a businessman from Nagoya. The room had a wonderful interior, including a water basin that seemed to connect to Sagamihara. The location was also wonderful, on high ground, with views of Hatsushima and Oshima islands floating in Sagami Bay. The paintings and furnishings were also wonderful. The twin room had a semi-open-air bath that could be opened wide, allowing you to soak in the Atami hot springs while gazing at the ocean. Dinner was an elaborate French meal that was very delicious. Breakfast was Japanese. The bonito broth rice porridge was gentle on the stomach, and we were grateful for the thoughtfulness.

The view of the ocean that spreads out in front of you from the entrance is spectacular. The welcome juice is Alan Miglia. You can relax surrounded by carefully selected furnishings both in your room and in the restaurant. It's also innovative to have a bath inside the room, so you can easily soak in the hot spring as many times as you like while looking at the view in front of you. This inn is more suitable for guests of a slightly older age group. As you'd expect from Hiramatsu restaurant, the French cuisine is thoroughly enjoyable both in the evening and in the morning. The food in Atami is tastier than at Hiramatsu in Hakone.
