It's a good place, 5 minutes from Kinomiya Station and less than 10 minutes from the hotel to the sea. Thanks to the heat, the hot springs in the hotel are not crowded at all. I went to the hot springs twice a day. It is close to Kinomiya Jinja shrine and umeen and is convenient.

Stayed in this biz hotel for one night at Atami for the firework. It’s basically what all you need for a biz budget hotel at this price range. Unfortunately we need to stay in a smoking room as other rooms were sold out (we were well aware of it during reservation so not the hotel’s issue). The room is adjacent to the JR station and needs 10-15 mins walk down to the beachfronts. There is coin laundry in the hotel. The senior staff who was helping on the parking was extremely helpful and friendly. All in all, value for money choice.

This onsen town is popular among local tourists - especially during the Golden Week. This place was crowded and definitely warmer than Tokyo and Yamanaka. It's a walking distance to many attractions like Atami ropeway, Atami Castle, Adult meuseum, trick eye meuseum, Atami beach, Ginza and more! Price and amenities The room was equipped with basic goodies - toiletries, bidet and drinking water, Yukata, slippers and comb. And also some facial product from Kracie. The room was huge but very old looking. The aircon was too warm to sleep so we open up the window to cool the room before we settle in. There was plenty on snacks and tea inside the room for you to have a zen night in. The dinner and breakfast spread was really good! It's definitely a plus point! You'll get to eat different kind of Japanese food in one sitting! The bed was decently soft and comfortable. I did had a good night sleep. The onsen was rather small and doesn't look clean. They had weird timing allocated for male and female to use the outdoor onsen. Overall a interesting stay! If I had a choice again, I would probably skip this place. For the price of ¥700/night I expected more, the restrictions for onsen timing to meal time was too short and rushed. The staffs here were all very friendly.
