We had such a horrible experience. The first day we came, the bedsheets were dirty that we had to move to another room. The room that we were moved to had a problem with the sink drain. We reported it and we were told that maintained would come fix it by the end of the day. When we came back to the room at the end of the day the sink was never fixed, and housekeeping didn't even come to clean the room or replace any towels or bedsheets. We had to call in order for them to get someone to clean. I haven't even mentioned the beds creaking and were just uncomfortable to sleep on, or the carpets that smelled bad. Overall it was just a terrible experience, I would not recommend anyone booking a room here.
