En route to Florida. I always read reviews because I am super fussy about cleanliness. For the price our room was small but who cares, it was for sleep only. It does not have carpet which is a huge plus. The bathroom was very nicely renovated for an older hotel...and everything was clean. The bed, as others pointed out, does squeak when you turn over and there only 2 pillows, very soft, for the bed. And they don't offer king size beds...only queen and double. Overall it was good. I don't usually sleep well away from home but did ok with the bed. The ONLY issue I saw was around the base of the toilet. It appeared to be urine stained, which totally grosses me out. No breakfast but they offer coffee in the lobby and it was really good coffee. Both ladies...check in and check out were very pleasant. The lobby smelled very nice with the fragrance they use. No smells of ANY kind in our room. We did hear some outside traffic noise but we were not near a highway so it was good. This hotel is located VERY near I-75 on a small back street so it was very easy to get to. We will be using them again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past because it is a nice, clean, no frills Motel 6. The staff is always very friendly, as well! However, when I stayed in October, 2022, I was informed that I could exit the doors at each end of the hallway but could not re-enter them. I was informed that I would need to re-enter through the doors at the main lobby entrance, and I understand this policy is probably for security reasons. However, I am a solo traveler with a small dog, and like most dogs, mine needs to be taken outside immediately upon awakening each morning to relieve herself. Since I am very conscientious about my appearance, or lack thereof, since I had just awakened, I felt very uneasy re-entering the hotel at the main entrance where hotel employees and guests were present. Please allow a bit of privacy for those guests who may need to take their pets outside or for those who may need to get something from their vehicles. Thank you!

Stopped on a trip north. Reviews were great! No problem reserving on the phone without credit card; that was nice. The gentlemen was very friendly on the phone. Our greeting on arrival was just as nice. The Motel seems to have been renovated and was clean. If you need a good nights sleep, it is unlikely you will get it here. The bed was awful; the box springs were so loud, they wake you up when you turn over. Of course that condition of a bed was very uncomfortable. There is a lot of highway noise if you are a light sleeper.
