Maybe because I stayed on the 2nd floor, it smells like mold. Still, the room was warm and cleaner than expected, so I slept well. Take the single elevator in the restaurant to the 2nd floor. They said there was a free airport shuttle bus at 8 a.m., so I went down at 7:57 a.m. When I asked where to catch the bus, I was told it was in front of the door, so I waited, but the car didn't arrive until 8:15, so I asked again and was told that it had left before we arrived and that it would arrive at 8:30. If you had told me ahead of time when I asked at 7:58, I wouldn't have been shivering outside on a cold, snowy day. The free shuttle bus drops one family at Terminal 4 and another person at a certain building. I went out of the airport, picked up another person, and came back to the airport's Terminal 1. It took 20 minutes from the hotel to Terminal 1, where I had to get off.

The hotel is located near the airport and has a free shuttle bus. The front desk staff and bus driver are very warm and friendly. The only drawback is that the surrounding area is relatively desolate, as it is located near an airport in the countryside. The only restaurant next door was very busy, so we didn't queue up for dinner, so we had to order takeout and eat in the room.

The room was quiet, clean, and large. The hotel waiters were very enthusiastic. Due to the language barrier, the waitress was very patient in explaining to us. The shuttle is on time.

Very suitable for catching an early flight, there is a free shuttle bus to the terminal at 5 am, every 30 minutes. The big brother at the front desk is very warm and friendly. My first impression was a deteriorated hotel exterior and a Front Desk area that smelled bad. The main issue, however, was that the air conditioning in the room was deficient, so we contacted the Front Desk and the staff member offered us another room that had the same issue and in addition, the AC was very noisy. The employee explained that the whole hotel has the same AC which is insufficient. I asked to speak to a manager or be transferred to another hotel and he said that we can talk to the manager the next morning. I explained I needed to sleep in a cool room that night, but he said there is nothing else he could do other than offer a third room, which we ended up accepting because we were exhausted and frustrated. Conclusion: there was no decision-maker at the hotel at 7 pm. The employee at the Front Desk was polite but had no authority to resolve the issue. Please note I had called the hotel prior to the trip to make sure they had air conditioning, and they said yes. I should have asked if it was working properly too! I do not recommend this hotel.

Worst experience in my travel history. I’ve been stayed at more than 100 different hotels in the world and this was the terrible. Room was not been used by anyone since long so bad smell in the room. Carpet was smelling and dirty, insects were there on carpet and bed. We asked to change the room but they rejected Inspite of having rooms available with them (I checked online). We were having a flight early in the morning so I booked this hotel so that we can take a nap before boarding but we couldn’t. Bathroom was so dirty, no flush was working. There was no staff at reception who can speak English. Please never ever book this hotel, better to stay at airport.

My flight from Easy Jet was cancelled and there were no more flights available that night. Easy Jet set us up in this hotel at no cost to us. The staff were the absolute best!!!! I would go back to stay there on my own. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

The reason for the low score is mainly due to the treatment received by the staff at reception. I contacted the hotel at 8.30am to enquiry about the shuttle and went straight to the pick up location, however they never showed up. The driver was only sent to pick us up when I called again after waiting for an hour with a small child. When I complained, I was treated very badly by Mohamed who was in charge of reception when I arrived at the hotel. Rather than apologising he claimed we were not at the pick up point, then snapped when I asked for the manager and even raised his voice with me. I have never experienced such a bad treatment before, unacceptable behaviour and I do not think he should work in a customer facing job.

Hotel is in a good location. Restaurant next door is excellent. My husband bought two chicken ornaments at Mont St. Michel costing nearly 100 euro. They were both in a bag. Unfortunately when we left to the hotel to go to the airport we discovered neither of us had the bag with the ornaments. I called the hotel twice and emailed them, I was told there was nothing found in our room. So where did the ornaments go? We didn't bring them with us so I guess somebody working there has our lovely ornaments and we are being made out to be liars. If you stay here make 100% sure you leaving nothing behind if you do you can forget about retrieving it.
