This hotel is okay. It's close to the aquarium and the Coca-Cola museum in the civil Rights museum. Breakfast was okay. It could be a little cleaner those sofas were a little grungy. The hotel charge me two times. I had to contest it with my credit card company and show the receipt that my boyfriend paid for the room. They didn't take payment off my room when we checked in so we paid twice. I had to call my credit card company and I had to call trip.com to resolve the issue. The staff aren't very knowledgeable. They don't really know anything about Atlanta or can't recommend restaurants. The hotel was okay but really not up to Marriott standards..

The entrance to get to the front desk if your driving is on the side street, they offer parking but it’s $40 per night (kind of expensive), my first interaction wasn’t pleasant because the guest service representative was very unprofessional, our room was located on the 6th floor facing the aquarium, very clean but really small. They ran out of face towels and it was really hard getting extra toilet paper. Overall, the location is excellent it’s directly across from the aquarium, coke cola world, the breakfast club and so much more. You can walk or ride a scooter to the Mercedes Benz stadium.

Just opposite the aquarium 3-4 minutes walk from World of Coca-Cola It's also very close to the conference center for meetings. You can also order a lot when ordering takeout perfect location Convenient The hotel breakfast is also good If you feel hungry in the middle of the night, you can buy snacks from the store on the first floor. Even mineral water has to be charged. No slippers, please bring your own The coffee machine in the room was used The boiled water also contains some uncleaned coffee powder. Bad review on this point

Such an expensive room is not soundproofed, facing the street is too noisy, and the breakfast is poor.

Healthy, safe, quiet, very good choice

If you are planning on going to the aquarium, this is the place to stay. Friendly staff, very clean, great breakfast. They definitely need new towels though. Remember those sandpaper textured towels from your junior high school locker room? Somehow they ended up here! Also watch out for the valet parking. They wreak of pot and one guy even tossed me the key to the car and said, "3rd floor, you get." Is that enough to make me not want to come back? No, but hopefully they'll see this and make some changes.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and comfortable. However, there is a night club on one side of the hotel that stays open until 3am and 2 nights we stayed, it was loud.

Comfortable room, excellent valet services, and friendly staff. The only negative thing were the stained sheets.

The room distribution was weird the bathroom was infront of the bed and the closet was uncomfortable.

There was blood and a booger on the wall behind the door. Didn’t notice it until our check out day. Pillows and linings had stains on them that were NOT from us. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Provided dining recommendations and activities. They are the only reason I would consider coming back.

This hotel is in an excellent location that is right across from the aquarium. There are many eating locations nearby that were good. I asked for an upper floor room when I booked the room. I was given a room on the sixth floor even though I booked earlier than the people we traveled with, and they got a room on the eighth floor. Housekeeping threw away our valet ticket, but it was no problem to get our car. They also did not replenish our wash clothes, but we were able to get them at the front desk. Water pressure for the sink was not good. Overall our stay was pleasant since the hotel worked to resolve our issues.

My stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Downtown was truly enjoyable. The hotel's convenient location within walking distance to local restaurants and bars made dining out and exploring the area a breeze. Additionally, the plethora of activities available nearby added an exciting touch to my stay. The hotel provided a comfortable and convenient base for my adventures in Atlanta. The friendly staff and well-maintained facilities further enhanced my experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a vibrant and accessible place to stay in Atlanta.

Very clean, very friendly staff, and excellent location! The beds were insanely hard though.. and the restaurant on one side of the hotel had a gentleman playing some type of instrument well into the night making it hard to sleep. Obviously that was out of the hotels hands, but I would definitely not recommend the side closest to the restaurant if you have room choice. Otherwise, great stay.
