Excessive fees for breakfast & parking. We didn't check in until after 3AM but desk clerk rudely specified check out is at 11AM

Stayed at this location for a business conference. The hotel and rooms were very clean. All of the hotel staff, from the front desk to guest services, was great! But I especially wanted to shoutout Jen & Deante at the bar and restuarant They were EXCELLENT!!! A++++. The handled the very large crowds of guest each night very efficiently and professionally. .

It was clean and comfortable and the base price was reasonable but they charged for everything else: Late checkout $25 / hour; coffee $4; parking $15.

Had a great experience at this hotel during my stay, very friendly and respectful staff made sure my stay was very pleasant and huge shoutout to Grace great customer service she is amazing goes above and beyond her natural duties warming heart very nice person.

I arive to property around 11pm3/22/24 with my daughters only to be told that they didnt have any rooms for me or the other 20 Something
other guest and was told there was nothing they could and was force to stay else somewhere that wasnt close and not to my quilty
