I was bitten 4 times by bugs while I stayed here and I still haven’t gotten a refund or this rectified I will never stay here again

Room was very dark and overlooked the internal AC units. It was spacious and clean though and room service was very good. The neighborhood is NOT good though. Fine if you are just staying for business but would not recommend this location for a leisure stay.

Very disappointed at my stay @ The Ritz Carlton in Atlanta, GA. The room had many damaged items. When I called corporate, they reached out to the manager in Atlanta. No one contacted me back because on their end, one of the managers closed the case without speaking with me. I have pictures of the damages in the room. I’m so disappointed and I’m waiting for the manager to call me back. I hope The Ritz Carlton has some form restitution for this. This is unprofessional and an outrage.

Love the location of the hotel in proximity to the football stadium. We stayed on the club level and it was superior.

For the price we paid for this room, I expected more. Everything was a charge.. microwave oven, internet, etc.... They should include everything in the price like other Hotels. Shouldn't be so picky about charging for everthing

The Ritz Carlton in Atlanta never disappoints and I stay here every time I’m in town. I have no complaints and will suggest that the elevator that was close to the executive suite on the 17th floor is serviced for the sound it made all throughout the night. We could hear it but I didn’t let it effect my stay, or this review. Fredrick with Valley is always a handsome face to greet me as well each time I stay, he’s so nice and accommodating as all of the staff is. Truly this Ritz is why I return to it each time I visit the ATL

Our server Thom in AG is a 5-Star employee and should be cloned! Bellman Steve went above and beyond due to the fiasco with P'tree being closed. Hama in housekeeping is a real gem, even offering to go to another floor for ice after her shift was over because the machine on floor 21 was inoperable. Room Service dinner left a bit to be desired. While the order was repeated correctly and delivered promptly, there were several errors and one of the servers who came to our room didn't speak English so it made communicating a bit difficult. Bellmen need to be told that paper room service menus no longer exist. We were handed a flyer by the front desk but no mention was made of the QR code being the menu there, either. We had to make a call down in search of one. Also, we were not instructed that we needed to use our key card anytime we used the elevator and not just from the lobby level. Sunday brunch buffet was very disappointing as it was basically a repeat of the menu and offered nothing special and exciting. Handheld shower head leaked badly at hose connection. Not being able to reach anyone at the only restaurant until they open for dinner at 5:30pm and not having anyone else capable of handling a reservation request is absurd! We left a message requesting to have the hostess call us upon her arrival with no response. Overall a nice stay but too many misses for a 5-star review

We stay here once a year. Always a pleasure and one of the nicest hotels in Atlanta.
