Old building. The housekeeping knocked on the door for two consecutive days at 8 am, which made me wake up. Then she never back to the room to clean it. I was charged 4 breakfast, that I didn’t take it. When a I asked about it in the front desk, The receptionist (a black woman) rudely told me that I had to pay for it because it was charged in my room, and she charged me for it. Fortunately I was able to talk to the manager who refunded me the money. That woman should not work in customer service. I’m a frequently traveler, it was the first time that I have an issues like that. I I would never go back to that hotel again.

The scenery outside the window is good, not far from the city

Hotel location is OK. Very close to Polytechnic University. There are also places to eat across the road. But the service attitude of the hotel is really not flattering. can only say a mess

酒店位置好，在大學邊上，附近有超市餐廳。酒店距離亞特蘭大機場是多公里 房間大，衞生還可以，就是設備太舊了。 衞生間浴液與洗髮液擠不出來，反映了兩次才給換了浴液 衹有主動要求，才打掃房間衞生，而且衹能是申請的第二天

服務態度好

The staff was great from the minute I walked in the door, happily helping with an early check-in. Lobby was very clean and modern. Room was very modern and clean with a nice sitting area featuring a sleeper sofa.

You have to pay for parking and pay for breakfast. There was no coffee cups in my room either. But it was a clean hotel that was pretty basic

In overall the hotel was fine. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only comment I have is about the gym. It could use a deep cleaning and maybe an update, but a good cleaning for sure.

We had a nice stay. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and quick. The only thing I did not like was having to pay $35 for parking.

They are so accommodating! I was allowed to check in at 9am, which was a blessing after a long shift.

Desk staff outstanding. Cleaning staff weak. Minimal room amenities but low price balances that out.

The stay was great..the Starbucks didn’t have anything and when we booked it said breakfast was included,but we still had to pay for our breakfast/even coffee.

Basic hotel that was super friendly, nothing immediately close for food and the in house available hours of quick grab/go wasn’t convenient times. Needs some updates of paint and bathroom shower amenities- one was broken off and body wash empty..
