This Hyatt Place is located in the core commercial and shopping area of ​​Buckhead, Atlanta, a little north of Downtown. The location is very convenient! Lenox Mall and the luxury store Mall ~ Phillip Plaza are within a 15-20 minute walk. The hotel is basically a small suite, which feels very comfortable. There is a parking lot next to it, and the price of $10 a day is also reasonable. The breakfast is a traditional American simple meal, but it is still quite exquisite.

I’ll start by saying that I definitely got my moneys worth from my one night stay for a quick spring break trip to Atlanta. The area of Buckhead is safe and convenient to shopping and restaurants. I chose this hotel because of the option of a suite with two double beds, and a sofa bed. You could fill the springs on the sofa, bed mattress with your hand. No one other than a small toddler could’ve been comfortable on the sofa bed. Also, no blanket was provided to make up the sofa bed, only sheets with a note saying, if you required any extra bedding to call the front desk. One odd thing about the hotel is its location between two large buildings, one of which you have to drive under to get to the Hyatt. This hotel is not situated directly on the street, so watch carefully as you are driving up to the address.

My son and I stayed at this property while visiting Atlanta. The property was centrally located, safe and clean. I would definitely stay again the next time I am in Atlanta.

Fantastic customer service, clean and reasonably priced rooms, lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance, highly recommend this hotel! Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Atlanta.

Hyatt Place was infested with bed bugs. The staff was notified; however, the only alternative was moving us to another room just to discover bed bugs in the next room on a different floor. Staff & managers extremely rude and unprofessional. They were not willing to accommodate instead told me to go through the third party I booked. Even with proof nothing was gone about the awful experience.

The staff was so accommodating! Plus, the rooms were so perfect for our needs and beyond what we thought.

Recently stayed at this hotel for a night with a couple friends and was stunned to realize an excessive amount of mold on not one but two of there blankets in one of the double bed rooms. As i brought it to the attention of the staff and the hotel manager, they proceeded to try and convince me that it was feathers not mold. The mold was growing on the seems of the blankets throughout the entirety of it. I did not receive any form of reimbursement, nor was anything done about the mold on the blankets. Terrible customer service and multiple arguing employees. I Do not recommend staying in this hotel not even for a night. Cleanliness is an absolute 0/10.
