When I first walked in my attention was completely grabbed by the beautiful staircase

The front desk was super speechless. We checked out 30 minutes late and kept collecting our luggage. We told him that we must charge 75 dollars. It was the first time I saw such a speechless person. The whole hotel was surrounded by homeless people. It was much worse than the Hilton we chose before. Don't stay here

The hotel is located in the city center, but there are many black people, try not to go out at night, but the hotel is safe and you need to swipe the door card every time you go back to the elevator and enter the gate. The hygiene is also ok. The rooms and toilets are very large. The service is not in place. The attitude of the front desk staff in the lobby Unfriendly, it takes two phone calls to clean the room before someone comes to the door. Towels and some items like cotton swabs and stuffing are not replaced in time. As for the facilities, what do you want? The board is bad and there is a potential safety hazard, please watch it.

The room is big, but simple, you have to buy water

It's just so-so, but there are no major flaws, but this indigo in Philadelphia is indeed worse than other cities. I don't know if it is because of the epidemic. The room is not cleaned, and the toiletries are not updated, but I stayed during the same epidemic. Other hotels have daily cleaning service, and I never write reviews before, but I think it is more reasonable for this hotel to have a lower rating, so I will write about it

Very nice property. Conveniently located to restaurants, stores, etc. Staff was friendly and dining options/bar was a plus!!!

From the moment we entered the Hotel Indigo, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The front desk staff, the restaurant staff, the valet guys and everyone we met in the hotel were all so friendly and really seemed to enjoy working at Hotel Indigo. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Centennial Park, many great restaurants and local transportation. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. We truly enjoyed our visit to Atlanta and our stay at the Hotel Indigo.

Lovely hotel. Fantastic location downtown close to restaurants and shops and most importantly right next door to the train station. Only let down is the loud banging of the bedroom doors, getting to sleep and staying asleep is hard if it’s a busy time around.

This hotel doesn't have an entrance you can drive to. You have to park on the road and then unload your things. The doors were always locked when we were there (2 night stay) and the check in person told us the doors are locked because "it's downtown" which instantly made us uneasy. There was no valet when we arrived at 11 (apparently due to a shift change) but many other times there was no valet? This hotel does not have connecting rooms at all. Connecting was requested when booking but the hotel never responded to that request to let us know they don't have them at all. Rooms were okay. The rugs need replacing or cleaning.

Our trip to Atlanta was for Passport Services. The Indigo was so conveniently located to the passport office. The staff was friendly. Location was perfect.

The room was very nice! For some reason, we had to be evacuated at 8pm on Saturday for a false alarm. But they didn't tell us it was a false alarm until we noticed no one else was being evacuated and had to go to the front desk to be notified. Luckily, our toddler wasn't asleep yet. You can hear people revving their engines all night and into the morning in front of the hotel, so if you are looking for quiet - this isn't the place. It was nice that they provided ear plugs. First thing in the morning, our room reeked of ****, so that kind of ******. Otherwise, it was good and close to the aquarium and children's museum.

Beautiful and nd clean the only downside is finding the second floor elevator, it can be a bit confusing .

It was an easy check in. The staff were great with the slight rush of folks. Tempest was sweet. Thisbis one of my favorite places to stay.

Excellent!!! First time in the city it was amazing the hotel wonderful I highly recommend. If I come back to Atlanta I will definitely stay in this hotel again
