It was a good place because it was close to the beach. It does need som maintenance and up grades. There is no cleaning services during my stay.

The Hotel is currently being upgraded, some issues need to be looked at.
Ceiling fan could not be used as it was out of balance anf shook badly if on.
Plastic blinds were broken an had to use pillow cases to cover window.
New locking system was installed that used a QR code from email. If the dates of your stay was entered wrong, you link to the QR Lock code was made inactive.
For the price, the room was as I expected. I would stay again, hopefully the issues are corrected

There was no free WiFi, property needs updating inside and out, the back window in the room we were in did not lock and blinds were broken, we could smell the strong aroma of **** being smoked in the room next to us (my kids 13, 7, & 3 were also having to smell this which really p’d me off) but office was already closed when this took place so I couldn’t let Tonia know. Post outside of room was in need of repair, no outlet in bathroom for hairdryer or flat iron, carpet needs updating in room, name of place on building was missing all the letters. Other than that ok place to stay

This place was fine for a singular night. Room was falling apart, they took our bed(??) when we booked for three, so two others had to spoon for warmth. I'd recommend if you really don't care and just need a quick place to stay. The owners were very nice when we couldn't get in. This was my second time at the establishment, and It was alright!

We were late coming in, but the keys were left for us which was nice. Rooms had plenty of coffee which most places I have to ask for, very nice! Only drawback was not having shower curtains in either room.

Where do i start? No sheets on the bed when i arrived...no wifi...filthy carpet...the door to my room, also filthy... I didn't stay!!!

If you’re not concerned with Francy and just want to be a beach bum, this place is fine. The price is one of the lowest at this beach but takes about 10 minutes to walk to the ocean. It’s got a view of the bay across the street though.
