Loved itttt We were well received the staff was excellent! I cant believe the kids pool! Its soo cool! The employees were amazing and so so nice! We will be coming back for sure!

The hotel was easy to get into, parking was convenient and easy to navigate. The building and decor was beautiful and clean. We dont gamble but the ****** looked nice. Got the room because prior reviews said the beds were comfortable. Our bed was not great, seemed pretty typical for a hotel. The shower was nice, strong water pressure. I would say it was a bit too hot… even on the lowest temperature setting I was hot, and I like really hot showers. Lots of food options, albeit pricey. Loved the ocean view from the 40th floor. Had an issue with our keys- had 2 different reservations because Friday night was sold out at hotel so had to go online for the second night. Somehow we got checked out in the middle of the night and our keys got deactivated without our knowledge so we got locked out of the room. Staff resolved fairly promptly.

Upon check-in we were told we had a regular room with 2 queen beds, but booked and paid for a wellness room with 2 queen beds. At first we were told there were none, but then somehow one was found. When we went up to go to sleep, the room smelled a bit like ********* smoke so we turned the air filtration system from silent to turbo. During the night we were awakened by the extremely strong smell of *********. So strong that it seemed as though someone was in our room smoking it. We reported same in the morning as we were checking out and were told there was nothing they could do except have the air filtration system inspected and not charge us the $36 resort fee. This was completely unacceptable. We booked a wellness room for the sole purpose of the added air filtration system because we are allergic to smoke. Yet both of us woke up unable to breathe, stuffy and congested, not to mention with headaches, from the smoke.

Enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Clean hotel, friendly helpful staff. Many things to do and places to eat.

The actual resort fee charged was more than what was quoted on trip.com they also do not take reward cards if booked through 3rd party which is ridiculous.

We had a great time there and the service was wonderful. The overall experience was great.

My Wife and I stayed here for her Birthday and we had a wonderful time. We had a room on a high floor with a great view of the city.

Food was very good. Hotel was very clean 👌

The location is not on Broadwalk. The hotel service is very good. Parking fee is required.

The Beds were too firm, my sheet had a hole in it. The Room was prepped for 2 people instead of three. (Glasses and coffee cups for two people) the room was supposed to accommodate up to 4 people and we were 2 people) Tv buzzed often and pixelated.

Here is our checklist when we stayed at this hotel: Room-clean and spacious. Well maintained clean carpet. Bed-clean and comfy bed. The sheets are fixed and tucked in right. No stains or bad odor. Soft bed and pillows Refrigerator-yes Microwave-no Breakfast-no. A lot of food options in the foodcourt if everything is open. The time we went there a few spots are close. They even have mini grocery. Theres also a lot of restaurant options. Bathroom-clean/sink drains well Toilet-clean/doesn't clog Shower-great water pressure Air-condition - works good/not noisy Smell - smells good in the room and lobby. But since it’s a ****** you can still smell smoke. Area is safe and close to the boardwalk. View-wonderful view Pool - nice pool and spa. Clean and maintained. Built-2003 Price free from myvegas game and just pay taxes and fees. Normally its about $100 but around summer $200 and more.. Overall we really like our stay here. Would definitely keep coming back to stay for our next roadtrip.
