The hotel was clean and smelled good. It The staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were soft and fluffy. Just because the decor is old is nice and clean and actually nice looking. The pool was warm and nice. The food was amazing and cheap

Stayed here before and loved it. This time place was never cleaned. Beer caps, crumbs and other stuff all over the floor. Huge red stain all over by bed. Garbage between mattress and headboard. Toilet shot water up out the toilet on every flush. Shower faucet was duct taped on. Some of the staff was great others could care less. Called multiple times when I arrived. Said they would take care of it. But nobody showed up to the room. Only when I came to front desk did I get any help. Overall very disappointed.

As long as I have been coming to Ac, 40 yrs I’ve never valet my car. Due to certain circumstances this time I pulled up to get my bag taken out of my car and I have a valet Mikal come over. He was a complete gentleman and he assured me my car would be safe with him. I decided to leave it with him. I left and went shopping leaving everything in my car. The honesty and professionalism was outstanding.. Everything was left the way I put it and nothing touched. Thank you as well as the other valet the week of Nov14.

Very nice Close to and connected internally to multiple casinos. Never have to leave the building. Room had a great view of boardwalk. Would recommend for a few nights stay .

First time I've stayed here, and was pleasantly surprised. Nice bar on the roof where you can enjoy the weather outside, or sit inside and watch the ball game while having a beer and a hoagie or nachos. Nothing fancy. Just good stuff. The TV and cable channels beat previous hotels I've stayed at in the area that were far more expensive. I got a good deal, and had a good time. Definitely a do over.

The Italian Bistro is not worth the money, however the hotel itself is great. Everyone is pleasant and if you need anything from the hotel they are quick to your request.

Room was nice and clean looked like the picture the hotel is very big with lots of floors. There was also a stain on the bedding the goes over top of the sheets and we had just gotten there as well as little pieces of hair over the pillows. I liked how it was connected to the ****** next door. Some of the restaurants were not opened. The rooftop bar was nice could have had more things to choose from on the menu. The only thing that bothered me was the WAIT time it took just to get on an elevator it was soooo packed with people going up or down and everyone wanted to cram on to one elevator with 5 of them being in use. Not to mention the staff elevator was out of use so they had to use these elevator’s too. Other than that my experience was good.

When we arrived we were greeted with friendly and very helpful service. The valet took our car and the desk staff made sure we had everything we needed. During our stay the room service staff replenished all that we needed. Great stay and service. The heated pool was a small piece of heaven in Atlantic City.

First time at the C larIdge. The personnel were accommodating. i think that the room we w ere in could have used a dehumifier. It smelled humid and musty. It looked clean. Suggestion. On an accessible shower it would be nice to have a chair. The bars and set up are great except there is no shower chair..A fold up sho wer chair would be great. I so enjoyed the breakfast on the 6fl. All in all it was an enjoyable overnight stay.

The service was average and valet parking was excellent. The location was great however the elevators inside worked too slow. Star rating ( I would still give it a 3 star).

The front desk wouldn’t offer a parking pass instead we purchased a $25 daily parking pass. Then the room kept coming undone. The paint was peeling, holes in the wall and the wall paper coming undone. It was like I was on the warp tour. The pools out of service. It was like every time we hit the beach we were coming back we saw something else wrong with the room that clearly wasn’t there upon checkin. It felt like the warp tour. The beach was clean and the water was clear and crisp. It may have been because we checked in it was raining. Place was empty.

First of all, it took over an hour to stand in line to check in. When I searched for a hotel, I clicked ON the boardwalk. If I had a room facing the boardwalk I'm sure I could see it. There was a park in between the hotel and the hotel. Then when I went to shower that first night, the doors were off the track. I called the front desk and they said they'd call maintenance. I had spent the morning on the beach and was exhausted and forced to go to bed dirty. First thing the next morning, I called again. About an hour later, I got maintenance. The guy reassured me that I almost had to move rooms. The doors got fixed fortunately. The elevators were a nightmare the whole trip, but the worst was check out. I waited over a half hour to get an elevator that my luggage and kids could get on. I will say, I liked that the parking garage could be accessed through the 2nd floor. You could also access Ballys from that floor. My kids enjoyed the arcade. The pool was nice and heated. I could've swore it said it had an outdoor pool as well, but couldn't find that. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the best part of the place. I personally will never stay again. It was not my worst hotel experience, but definitely not what I was hoping for.
