It was easy okay good staff

We had ants in our room in the morning and a bed bug was found on our towel. No safe in the room. People seemed to be living here but everyone seemed friendly.

Property is poorly maintained, Was very dirty. Shower head was bad and pool was very warm. First night staff were getting drunk behind building and blaring loud music till midnight. Breakfast was good but most things were mid or worse. But while is was a bad stay we made the most of it.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and concern regarding my recent stay at your establishment. During our stay at the Baymont by Wyndham, located at [address], my companions and I encountered a distressing situation. Despite our efforts to enjoy our time at your hotel, we continually experienced discomfort due to unexplained bites. After careful investigation, we were horrified to discover that our room was infested with bed bugs. This experience has been deeply upsetting and has significantly impacted our enjoyment of our stay. As guests, we expect a clean and comfortable environment, free from such issues as bed bug infestations. The presence of bed bugs not only caused physical discomfort but also psychological distress, as we worried about the potential health implications and the risk of bringing the infestation back to our homes. Furthermore, we are disappointed by the lack of adequate response from your staff upon reporting the issue. Despite bringing this matter to their attention, we did not receive the level of support and assistance we expected. This has only added to our frustration and disappointment. As a result, I am requesting immediate action to address this issue. I urge you to conduct a thorough inspection and treatment of the affected room(s) to ensure the complete eradication of the bed bug infestation. Additionally, I expect a full refund for our stay, as compensation for the inconvenience, discomfort, and distress caused by this

Light bulb blown over the sink. Wasnt changed until late next afternoon. Front desk employee was awesome. Night time employee was rude and not personable.

This hotel should shut down, renovate and get new management. We should have been paid to stay! The hot tub was not open, the lock in the swimming pool door was absent and covered in duct tape, the elevator made scary clunking noises, the printer in the lobby was out of ink, the security latch on the room door was hanging by loose screws, the bathtub was slippery and no bath mat was available, there was an ant infestation in our room 314, breakfast had only Trix cereal, no yogurt, bagels were stale and old, no fruit at all, and no manager was on site until 9:15 AM. On the positive side the beds were comfortable, the staff were as helpful as they COULD be, the manager DID get the lock fixed and printed out a page for us, and the waffles were good. The ants were too small to capture in a picture. They got into our suitcases and were taken to the next hotel!

The bathroom faucet was not cleaned on the handle. I saw one silverfish bug. Loved the hot tub and the pool.

The room keys were constantly getting demagnetized. There was what appeared to be snot in 3 of the rooms our party had. The rooms were just cleaned enough. Comforters were nasty so I pulled mine off and just used the top sheets. The ac unit was terribly loud. Breakfast was subpar, the only thing good was the waffles. Pool/hot tub was ok. Theresa one of the cleaners was extremely helpful with my needs
