The best hotel for your money. Intended on only staying one night and ended up staying for almost a week. They were amazing, get service.

The room was filthy. The toilet was not clean, bed linen had permanent stains, carpet looked like it had not been cleaned i. Years and the heating system did not work. It is obvious the owners dont have the financial means to keep this place up or worse dont care. As a result will not stay in a Road Runner motel ever again.

The room was barely clean. My daughter found garbage around the room, including pieces of a hair brush that she could have gotten hurt on had we not caught her before she put them in her mouth. There were roaches in the bathroom and we killed a wasp! There was pot scattered on the end table and the "non-smoking" room smelled like cigarettes and musty. The breakfast was cold. I stayed a year ago and it was much better maintained and cleaned. The staff was super helpful and friendly but I will NOT be staying here again!

i was given a room that had not been cleaned! The bed was made and the sheets were dirty. The floors had not been cleaned. The tv did not work. The front desk attendant was not all that interested and agreed to give me another room. The other room was marginally better and the shower valve was broken and the remote control did not work. To top it off, the breakfast was inedible. I had booked for two nights but stayed elsewhere.

Television did not work. Upon check out staff seemed to be indifferent to the situation. I wanted nothing for the inconvenience, however, they hardly acknowledged that I had told them. Night staff at check in was very personable
I will stay again when I am traveling through. The property is conveniently located and clean

When we first arrived. We went to use the microwave. It looked like something exploded in it. We opened it up and sure enough there was leftover food from someone else.
We stayed 3 days 2 nights. They never cleaned the room the whole stay.
The mattress was very hard and felt like broken springs.
And we found bedbugs.

Pictures were very misleading, this hotel is rundown and very out of date on everything. The front desk staff was the only decent part of check in. If it so late and the fact that we already drove 2 hours I would have found a much nicer hotel!
