Poor customer service. They two guys that work there have bad attitudes and they didn’t want to clean the room daily.

They could clean better rooms smell like smoke

Kind of a dive

It smelled like smoke eventhough you werenr allowed to smoke in thw hotel. The rooma were dirty and the smoke smell was so strong that you werent able to be in the rooms for very long. The water in the sink was brown, so dont recommed drinking

The area is surrounded by casinos and there were bunch of people you can hear outside talking out loud and arguing which made us feel unsafe. The staff was reliable in front of me but I felt kinda off when they answered a phone call in front of me and they somehow shut off the person on the line. Could have spoken to them properly and well-mannered. The room and beds are clean but there is like an after smell of cigarettes inside for some reason, when in fact I booked a non-smoking room. Overall average rating for me. If you’re nearby and want a place to sleep for a night, I’d recommend it anyway.

From calling them before the stay and was told to call back, I should have chosen another place! There was a wait to get help when first checking in. The room smelled. There was no hot tub, like I would have used that anyway. I asked for extra towels, because my hair is long and they said bring back the used ones and get a replacement!!! Never has that happened. They had a breakfast and it was lacking 2 yogurts and no butter or jelly.
