Toilet had hard water deposits and looked dirty. Tub had no water stopper and looked dirty. Not handicap accessible,No ramp only a step to get into lobby. Canceled my stay in June.

Great staff! Very clean; didn’t feel like I needed Lysol wipes! Easy check in/out.

This was unfortunately one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. There was no one at the front desk. Check-in was done by a kiosk, which looks like an ATM in the vestibule, not clearly marked. No sign at the front desk to check-in at the kiosk. For a non-smoking facility, the entire 2nd floor was heavy with cigarette smoke. The room and bathroom were dirty. The surfaces in the room were not clean with visible dirt and grim. The microwave had food on the door and inside, not cleaned. There was mold in the bathtub, leaky tub faucet, and corosion on shower head. Showerhead hose broke during my shower. There was hair, dust, and dirt between the mattress pad and sheets on the bed and the bed ruffles had visible spots of unknown substances on them. I would not recommend this hotel.

The Inn at the Finger Lakes was very clean, comfortable and was perfect for an overnight staying in the Skaneateles Lake area. We arrived @7pm and were surprised to see no desk staff working. But the “remote check in” seemed to work fine!
