The building is lovely, nice and quiet location, parking though 50m away was easy to find and secure. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We only stayed one night as it was a quick visit to sign documents for our house purchase. Which was made all the better by our stay. We complete on Dec 20th so we have already booked for three nights for a bit of a celebration. The room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable, everything you would need in the kitchenette to make a quick travellers dinner. Cant recommend this hotel enough, we cant wait to go back and spend a few more days there and in Aubusson. No critique at all.

Excellent séjour passé aux "Maisons du Pont" à Aubusson. l’accueil chaleureux d’Emma et son sourire ont rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Chambre 14 avec vue sur la rivière, confortable, pres de toutes les activités la maison des tapisseries etc. parking à 30 mètres

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits. La chambre était jolie, la salle de bains était minuscule en revanche. En outre, nous étions étonnés que pour une chambre de cette catégorie le ménage ne soit pas fait. Quant au petit déjeuner, nous l'avons trouvé... "Chiche" ! En effet, si on aime prendre une deuxième café... Et bien ce ne sera pas possible car une seule capsule de café par personne est distribuée. Pas une de plus ! Pour nous le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon.

Très très décevant, plats baignant dans la sauce, même garniture pour tous,pommes de terre trop cuites et salade darne de poisson rempli d arêtes, à déconseiller. Sûrement pas un restaurant gastronomique, ça à bien changé

Certaines prestations de service sont à revoir notamment les paniers du petit-déjeuner déposés la veille au soir le samedi et le dimanche. Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec du pain dur et immangeable le dimanche matin. Si on ne le demande pas, les serviettes de bain ne sont pas changées systématiquement... Pour un 4 étoiles c'est un peu moyen, même si l'appellation est Appart'Hôtel.

Très déçue alors que nous étions déjà venus il y a 3 ans et que nous avions été très satisfaits.La chambre sentait très fort ou le flacon de parfum renversé d'une cliente précédente ou le désodorisant. Nous avons dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Il y avait des miettes de pain dans notre lit. On s'est demandés si quelqu'un n'avait pas dormi dedans car ils ne sentaient pas très bon...Quant au petit déjeuner, le pain est congelé ...Très Très déçus...

Superbe appart-hotel en plein cœur d’Aubusson. Les chambres sont très propres et vous disposez de tout ( LV Cuisinière frigo et tous les couverts nécessaires) pour passer des vacances , we ou une nuit si vous êtes de passage. Panier déjeuner pour le matin 10€ p/p très copieux. Personnels très sympathique et dispo. JE CONSEILLE CET ENDROIT.

Très bon accueil, studio très bien décoré, très propre rien à redire. et le spa, un moment de déconnexion parfait dans un cadre superbe. Parking sécurise possible, hôtel calme, sans aucun bruit, literie au top, en bref strictement rien à redire
