Great place to stay for 2 weeks. Everything works well and the place is really clean and tidy. Nice surroundings and only a short walk to shopping mall.

Excessive noise from people walking upstairs. It’s unbearable and you can’t concentrate or sleep. Hotel doesn’t have 24 hour reception so you can’t report the noise. Dead plant on the balcony and used dirty mops. Balcony shutters are filthy. Fry pan Teflon has seen better days and can’t be used. Kettle could not be used until cleaned with lemon as it was extremely dirty inside. Generally clean otherwise but it shows a don’t care attitude. Bedroom balcony door was key locked and could not be opened. Rooms are very dated and they need a good renovation. Great for location to the hospital which is what we needed but would not stay again

Tres agréable séjour dans cette appartement tres calme avec une place de parking gratuite dans un garage fermé
Notre arrivée fut un peu troublée car je n'avais pas reçu le code pour récupérer les clés de l'appartement attendu que le bureau etait fermé mais un agent de propreté nous a aidés en contactant la responsable donc tout s'est arrangé
Ce serait bien qu'il y ait quelques plats ou jattes pour la cuisine

Property does look a tad aged. One lightbulb exploded and tripped the power supply on our very first day. Two other lightbulbs were faulty. To their credit, a phone call later, these were repaired.
Had a full kitchen but utensils were lacking. No cutting board.

All in all was a good stay, apartment was a little dated, the pool area was lovely and the front desk staff were exceptional.

Very Comfortable stay, friendly staff, Andrew has been quite helpful. Apartment is situated in a very good place, close to Towoong shopping centre, good public transport access. Good parking in the apartment. Pool, Gym and Tennis court is good. Good view of the city.

Great accomodation and location. With pool and tennis court and gym. Apartment a little outdated but cannot complain as full cutlery/cooking, washing/dryer and verandah.

Chose this property due to proximity to Wesley Hospital. 10/10. Started with a late check in and a scanner key which didn’t want to work. Eventually helped by a couple who were residents. 2/10. The apartment was ‘tired’ and frankly, grubby. Cupboard door under the sink coming off the hinge. Laminex ***** hanging off another. Stained carpet and sofa. Dirty bathroom vanity and rusted holder. Delightful ambience of a washer & dryer in your face as the sliding cover had been removed and not replaced. Filthy lint collector in the dryer … and more. 1/10 Bed was not overly comfortable. Husband complained of a ‘hollow’ on his side. I found it too soft. Needs a new mattress. 3/10 Positives were a hand held shower rose, good water pressure and quick hot water. Although close to a major road, our apartment was quiet. 9/10. ‘Free parking’ was included in our tariff. However overall I do not recommend this property based on the lack of upkeep and cleanliness. Look elsewhere. We had Unit 16, Tower A.
