We booked this accommodation overlooking the river as very close to Wesley Hospital. I spoke to Kerrin direct on making the booking and then met him on check in. He was very professional and helpful. I requested a late check out which he assisted with, but depends on the day, plus arranged for continued parking the following day, which was very helpful. The bathroom, bedroom and lounge area was clean and everything was in good working order. I read one or two poor reviews, which were untrue in our experience, due to good value for money, we were pleasantly surprised. For the people who made poor reviews on these apartments, they should consider paying the price for a 5 star accommodation rate elsewhere, as you pay for what you get and these apartments were definitely good value and clean. We will return if we ever require to visit the area again. Thank you.

We enjoy staying at the Oasis Apartments because of their quality, price, and proximity to family, shops and public and transport. This was our fourth stay. However I wish to draw attention to a few minor problems. Firstly, the wifi was unreliable and intermittent, dropping out or being hard to access from time to time. This is an issue I've highlighted to building management a number of times, which they've acknowledged needed to be addressed. By contrast, the wifi at the Gold Coast apartments we stayed in just prior to Oasis was perfect. Secondly, the toilet in unit 50 was not working properly - it was filling and flushing only intermittently. As this was obviously a health and hygeine issue, we informed management about. To his credit the building manager (Bo) moved us to another apartment imediately. This was inconvenient, taking a few hours, but the alternative was worse. Oddly, when he checked the toilet, it appeared to be working. I hope the toilet was checked by a plumber before unit 50 was let again. Notwithstanding that, we would recommend Oasis to others, subject to fixing the wifi and the toilet issue in unit 50.

The location of the hotel is very good, about 10 minutes walk to woowang shopping center, there are coles supermarket, beef shop, fruit shop, pharmacy and so on. 5 minutes walk to the citycst transportation boat station, and a few minutes walk to the bus station. The front desk of the hotel is off at 5 o'clock. Those who check in after 5 o'clock can enter with the password and get the key by themselves. The hotel has a kitchen with full facilities for cooking. Very good hotel.

I currently live on the Sunshine Coast and drive to Brisbane once a week to work 3 days in our Milton office and stay here when I can because of the location. It’s a great place to stay as it’s reasonably priced (circa $100 a night), has undercover car parking, and is a 5 minute walk to work and various restaurants & eateries on Park Road. There is a decent Chinese restaurant (China Sea) attached to the hotel which I have dined at a few times and an excellent Thai massage place (Royal Paradise Thai Spa) on Park Road which I discovered & now go to. It is a $15 Uber ride to QPAC (I went & saw a Queensland Theatre production on my last visit) and I walk up to the Palace Barracks and catch a movie sometimes. The rooms are clean & comfortable & have all you need for a 3 night stay. Some of the rooms have basic smart TVs so you can watch Netflix. Wifi is free but very hit & miss (often slow or not working) so I often just use Telstra data. I never actually seen anyone at reception due to the fact I arrive late on Sundays & reception opens after I have left for work, however the phone check in process where you access keys from a safe works perfectly fine. Overall I recommend Central Cosmo & I’ll be back very soon (tomorrow in fact!).

This is the first time I have walked into a hotel room/suite and FaceTimed people before unpacking. Our stay continued to get better and better, from the convenience of the hotel's location, the super friendly greeting on arrival, to the experience of walking into our suite and seeing the breathtaking views and impressive layout. Our immediate response was to kick ourselves for not having booked extra nights, but we are already planning our next stay here. Perfect for visiting Suncorp Stadium and Caxton Street, but the Milton markets are a must see along with the surrounding artisan coffee shops and eateries. The convenience of Milton Station takes the location to another level. Highly recommend!

We enjoy staying at the Oasis Apartments because of their quality, price, and proximity to family, shops and public and transport. This was our fourth stay. However I wish to draw attention to a few minor problems. Firstly, the wifi was unreliable and intermittent, dropping out or being hard to access from time to time. This is an issue I've highlighted to building management a number of times, which they've acknowledged needed to be addressed. By contrast, the wifi at the Gold Coast apartments we stayed in just prior to Oasis was perfect. We booked this accommodation overlooking the river as very close to Wesley Hospital. I spoke to Kerrin direct on making the booking and then met him on check in. He was very professional and helpful. I requested a late check out which he assisted with, but depends on the day, plus arranged for continued parking the following day, which was very helpful. The bathroom, bedroom and lounge area was clean and everything was in good working order. I read one or two poor reviews, which were untrue in our experience, due to good value for money, we were pleasantly surprised. For the people who made poor reviews on these apartments, they should consider paying the price for a 5 star accommodation rate elsewhere, as you pay for what you get and these apartments were definitely good value and clean. We will return if we ever require to visit the area again. Thank you.
