Very beautiful Environment With nice room, The hotel has great facilities lovely gym equipment

Very new hotel, so everything very clean. Room was very modern design. All staff very helpful. Great gym in hotel. Coffee shop right outside the hotel entrance is perfect with friendly baristas and delicious cakes!! Short Uber ride to airport. Further away from CBD.

Good location . Service good. Food good. Not used any amenities though

The staff is very rigid. Check-in must be done at 2pm. If you go early, you have to pay extra. They won't give you the room even if it's available. The room is different from the pictures. The coffee machine in the room is broken. It has just been renovated but still has a strong smell of renovation. The food in the hotel restaurant is very salty. The side dishes are all the same. Very monotonous. I will not choose it again.

The hotel room is large, clean and tidy, the facilities are very new, there is a green supermarket nearby, which is convenient for shopping. The hotel service staff is enthusiastic and polite

It's quite crude.

Waiting for up to 15 minutes for a hot shower is very inconvenient and such a waste of water!! The explanation given was inadequate given the age of the Hotel. Towel rails are definitely needed and bathrobes would be a bonus. Directions on usage of heat pump would help and cups that actually fit under the coffee machine would be ideal. No movie channels whaaaaaat!? Very comfortable bed and convenient area for shopping etc. We had good well prepared food thank to the brother in the kitchen and the girls services and mocha skills were great!

A beautiful hotel, we were welcomed at 2am and checked in quickly, assisted to park our car safely in the garage at a discount due to our very late arrival. Beautiful big room, robes and slippers provided, floor to ceiling windows and TVs with chromecast capability. Downside is the road outside can get very busy and with cars parked alongside the road makes it very dangerous trying to exit the hotel driveway sometimes. Restaurant downstairs was fabulous dinner service, but restaurant staff require better barista training and stock.

Very modern and spotlessly clean - comfortable beds and lovely decor. Nice restaurant for breakfast and cafe also. Staff were friendly and efficient. Easy to get to and suited us for visiting family. We would come again - maybe more parking spaces required but that's the only negative I can think of!

I recently attended a conference and was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's excellence. It's conveniently located, impeccably clean with a super comfortable bed, friendly staff offering outstanding service. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a memorable stay!

The exterior looks amazing, the service was fine and the room was ok from a comfort point of view. However this wasn't as luxury as website advertised. The finishing in the rooms is terrible (silicon everywhere, random metal tiles in the bathroom and the door handle was loose, the TV wasn't straight and the surround was so cheap looking) The Spa was too small for 2 people and i'd say was over sold. I'd presume this was done in a rush to be open or the owner has just tried to save as much money as possible. Everything looks like it's come from Wish or at least the workmanship. Would prefer to stay elsewhere as the same money for a "Luxury room"

I booked this for my grandparents as I wanted somewhere with a good suburban location, modern clean rooms and great service. Guess what? Thats what we got and more, they were over the moon with Soho Mt Roskill, the sun soaking rooms, the view, the restaurant, the price, the service from everyone - everything was incredible! Please pass on a massive thank you and pat on the back to the whole team, from the people who keep the rooms spotless, the front of house team, the breakfast chef, the service staff and everyone else who make your hotel great!

Brand new facility, hope it will be maintained, in 3 yrs from now, as observed most of the fixed furniture and whitewares did not look like a high quality one.. something one would get from Temu or Alibaba!! Hope I am wrong, we shall find out when we come back in some time
