Bed sheet was not changed when it was needed plus no carpet not available the 2nd day. Quite old hotel but location super good

Wonderful stay. Very nice room with comfortable beds and a large glass desk. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location is great. 10-15 minute walk to the port, 5 minute walk to Sky Tower. Lots of restaurants and shops within a one minute to 5 minute walk from hotel

We visited on the way in to New Zealand , enjoyed our breakfast and comfortable bed so much we decided to have another two days before we flew home . Loved our time again . See you in two years 🤗😎

Very convenient accessible to everyone who wants to go to restaurants, just around the city and have a ****** nearby by too. Over all worth all the cents that you spent during your stay.

This hotel sits almost next to the Sky City and Sky Towers and very close to the airport bus stops but is a long walk towards the harbour. So it depends what your intention was. Other than that we didn't use any of the facilities or breakfast so there is not much to comment on their qualities. The check in was a bit of slow as the staff seemed too distracted by a chatty customer in front of us to clear the queue first.

Best hotel and its center point for cbd area

We stopped for two days at Auckland before heading to Christchurch. The hotel is very close to the Sky Tower so very easy to find. But I would say the location might not be the best as that time was quite many construction sites. Overall service of hotel is great.

A bit dirty, could find hair on the bathroom sink and mirror. Staff is inexperienced

The room is a bit old. Parking is in the parking building next to it. You can get a discount if you pay at the hotel front desk. It is very close to Queen Street. Overall, it is not bad. The price is moderate.

Auckland city center, business district and major attractions are within walking distance. The room was OK, clean and sanitary, and the breakfast was good. The elevator was a bit old and there was no room service, which was a bit inconvenient as we arrived at night.
