I need to thank the Chinese Front desk employee. He helped a lot. And I mean a lot. Thanks to him, we had a pleasant stay, short as it was. I would also like to thank the staff at the restaurant for helping making a sudden meeting work! Rooms are clean and tidy, and the hotel borders Queen Road, which is quite at the centre of town life. We had a very pleasant experience in NZ, also thanks to the staff at this hotel.

Average, but good service as every Marriott Bonvoy hotel. :)
