It was a pleasant stay at the SkyCity Hotel. We love it there. We will definitely book again when we get to visit New Zealand. We highly recommend! Perfect location and walking distance to everything!

Girls at reception are very unhelpful and quite rude to deal with. Not welcoming and warm at all. Poor customer service and communication skills on show. We checked in late after a very long drive frim just outside wellington. They were not willing to assist us in any way for a late check out next day even after we explained our flights got delayed until the evening. They showed very little care about this i even offered to pay for it. Zero care was shown to us. Room was very basic, next to no amenities, dusty and dirty room. My wife was sneezing all night since she entered the room. Dust found all over the room which was quite a letdown as you expect a high level of cleanliness a premier stay. The only people with manners and an ounce of customer service was the concierge. 2 weeks prior to this let down we stayed at the grand which id across the road. Complete opposite experience was had. The customer service was friendly and accomodating. Room was very impressive, clean and had a lot of amenities available. I will be going back here next time iim Auckland. Staff at sky city need to check themselves, they not as good as they think they are.

Located in the CBD with many Asia restaurants nearby to choose for lunch and dinner

Fast check in process, complete amenities and comfy room. Express check out and enjoyable stay. Small issue with safety deposit box which keeping error status. Anyway concierge help opening it with key. Problem solved. Reception was kind and giving my kid small squishy toy. Appreciate this small matter. Hotel location in tourist area and connected to ******, so many people in neughbourhood with choices of restaurant, bar and mini mart that open till late.

Great place to stay and close to many restaurant’s. The rooms are quite large. Only complaint was that room was made up so late each day.

It's great. The room is clean and beautiful. They have great amenities.

Location is convenient for day tours pickup & airport transfers. Set back is toilet flooring too slippery if wet.

the facilities looks tired and there was only soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, bare minimum.

We booked suite 1 month earlier Was told we booked only premium double 30sqm2 But the confirmation said 60sqm2 suite It was third party booked, and the hotel said this ... Not the hotels problem But I wonder who was paid the extra payment we made for a suite, extra $120 The third party refused to refund us the difference And my daughter s 16th birthday was spoiled as hotel couldn't do anything about a third party booking This is a load of bullocks What you guys think I asked for compensation of 10 times the cost of the suite Of course trip.com turnt me down Such **** service As there was not the goods and service provided that we paid for Does anyone know what to do in a case like this We are so powerless to do anything as they got our money first So so bad They bad
