The room itself is very old, the windows were also poorly cleaned. However the rest of the hotel is nice and updated including the spa and pool area. Overall it was a decent stay, however I would only go back for the spa and not stay there again.

My first choice every time I go to Auckland, because I like the surrounding environment so much. It’s a pity that the hotel has not updated its equipment in the three years since the epidemic, and there is a lack of staff!

The first time I stayed, but it should be the last time. After all, this is the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in. The cleanliness will not clean the trash can, the washbasin has water stains, and the interface of the shower head is leaking. , I can't find the person on duty in the lobby to help with parking at night. Not only that, rang the bell in the parking lot and waited for at least 20 minutes with no response. The most exaggerated thing is that the doorman even took the wrong car when he took the car... If my own car is also taken in the wrong way, and it is really driven away, what should I do? My colleague asked the waiter for toothpaste and toothbrush, but the waiter put it at the door without being told, and was taken by others.

Checkin was quite slow and the receptionist forgot to give us our key when the room was ready after two reminders. Swimming pool is also quite cold and many other guests said the same. Other than that this is a good hotel serving good food with good staff in the restaurant. Breakfast was also good.

The room was nice and big, with good amenities. However my window faced a bus depot, so didn’t really have much of a view. The staff at the hotel were hit or miss depending who you spoke to.

Safe, quiet, view of Marina from outside. Unfortunately not from our room. We had a very bad views. We were told we upgraded to Atrium. Sounds fancy but when we got to our room and opened the curtains to check the view, what we could see were the roof down below and other units and the guests from inside. Hence, we had to always close the curtains so other guests from other units couldn't see us. The breakfast that is cooked to our preference is okay. The free-refill coffee had to be ordered all the time, and it takes a while before you get one. The buffet breakfast is mediocre except the hot food. I love the mushroom. I think it's Bella or Crimini. The breads esp. the sliced loaves are either old and rock hard. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that. Because I'm used to eating soft and fluffy breads. Same with nuts, they are just too hard for me. I'm not sure or maybe it's just me. All I know they took a lot of hard work to bite and chew to swallow. I only tried once and didn't repeat. What I like most of our room is the spacious room and the shower & strong water which is very important to us. Oh the cleaning time is not time pressured. Cleaners do not knock to signal cleaning time. They just wait until unit guests go out before they go inside to clean every room, which is very rare in all my hotel experience. Overall, our experience is fine. We still enjoyed our time while in Auckland.

A so-so property--good location but feels like a mid level change and not like a top flight major city hotel. Breakfast buffet completely ordinary. Again feels like a tour hotel.

Perfect location near downtown Auckland. Very walkable to the harbor and shopping, highly recommend for all travelers

We have stayed with you many times for business and pleasure and always find this hotel convenient and a quiet place to stay. We always enjoy the food and spa when we visit. Some standards of cleanliness in the general areas have dropped and if flowers are on show they need to be fresh. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay, thank you.

This is a really comfortable hotel with attentive service. Location is fabulous, right by the waterfront. The hotel pool was lovely. Excellent breakfast Would stay here again.

Just ok, nothing great. We found the staff were no better than average. Not worth the money.
