We were able to check in after midnight with key directions. Room had light on inside to greet us. Room was really clean with large comfortable King. Heaps of eating places, mostly takeaway within 5 mins walk.

Conveniently centrally located, happy hospitable staff, Well appointed Unit, Good Air conditioning, Noisy when any doors open due to directly under the flight path of a busy international airport 24/7 on a major intersection, with traffic sirens motorbikes unit was directly on the road on upper level - so couldn't leave any windows open for airflow as so noisy, small uncovered upper deck, would suggest some form of shelter roof/shade above the small deck and a couple of outside chairs as standing only. Would stay again, for convenience, but would request a unit away from the street on the lower level, as when booked the positioning of the unit was not described, for the above reasons is why wouldn't choose that particular position within. Overall - Clean, Tidy, Comfortable, Hospitable and friendly staff.

Friendly and no issues checking in and out. Very convenient to walk into Manukau city.

I had stayed here quite a few years ago so was semi familar with location. The staff person on the reception was excellent so welcoming and helpful having just left another hotel due to its poor condition I was checking in late afternoon she was amazing. The surrounding area great for entertainment and eating plenty of places with westfield in walking distance

Loved the swimming pool. Especially after hot day at Rainbows End. Easy walking distance to Mall as well. Friendly staff

A pleasant stay, pool was unavailable but the private spa bath made up for that. Great location and surprisingly quiet.

It is an old building and has no AC very hot in the room only a fan but its old Cheers griffin

I wasnt here for long due to a delayed flight which meant I arrived at 2.30am and left at 8am, however the room was suffice, clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that they emailed me the instructions for my early morning check in, saying the room was on the right side of the venue when it was actually on the left, and so i was tiptoeing around in the cold dark for some time but to no avail. i ended up calling the number on the reception door and unfortunately waking someone up, but she was so lovely it made up for the error.

The property is in a very central location to everything. My room was very clean and suited my needs perfectly. Night time flight path can be a little annoying if you are a light sleeper. Staff were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Very handy and convenient with everything but need a little extra on cleanliness comparing with the price please
