That was good stay for me About wifi, I just wanted smoothie bit more because sometimes not connected or said used high speed data. And looks like the laundry machine was broken when it started rinse and spin Even finished it, still so wetting and hard to dry clothes But others, like kitchen, bath things are clean and comfortable.

Very happy with the location being right outside Spark arena and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately there was noise coming from the room below us. We called reception about this but the noise continued throughout the night. The cleanliness could've been better as there was hair on the bathroom walls. Also wish we had chromecast as an option. Overall this is ideal for anyone that is looking for an affordable venue close to Spark arena. Beds were comfy and the room has more amenities than most places I've stayed at.

Fantastic location, very friendly and informative professional front of desk staff and house keeping team. The beds were super comfy, it was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Great base for work, to explore and eat!

Nice stay here. When we arrived we had no microwave in the room, we had booked her mostly for the kitchen facilities. We were also missing other kitchen utensils none of which we got to the next morning which was quite inconvenient. We only had housekeeping every once in our stay here. WiFi didn’t work in the room which was quite inconvenient for work. Could improve and this would be easily a 10/10

Nice, clean studio apartment style room close to the CBD. Was overpriced the Saturday night I stayed as everything in town seemed to be booked out for an event in the city. But still for a mid-range stay price I would be happy to stay here. Cafe downstairs and parking for a few of about 35 dollars.

Hotel is in a fantastic location.

There is a sports gym and bar as amenities, but I did not use them. I think the room is similar to a Korean studio. There is a large bed, sofa, TV, dining table for two, kitchen and bathroom. It's perfect for two women to use. The view is neither a city view nor an ocean view, but an office view. If you open the curtain, office workers in the building next door can make eye contact haha. As for cleanliness, well, it's neither dirty nor clean. Maybe it feels that way more because it’s been so long. However, they provided clean towels and blankets every day. The location is outside the city center, but it's safer than K-road, so I'm satisfied with the location.
