Naumi Auckland Airport Hotel Reviews

The hotel is near to Auckland airport and we are had a convenient stay to reach back to the airport the next day.

We arrived late but the reception was easy and helpful. However there is only 1 lift and we needed to carry 3-4 luggage up and found our room all the way along the corridor. Too tired to do this during midnight. The room was quite big and the bed was clean and comfortable. Good enough to stay for 1 night and catchup to airport again for an early flight.

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel, based on reviews I expected much better. The only thing going for it was the lobby/entry and amenities in there, parking was plentiful and at $7 per night not too bad. But where I had massive concerns, the cleanliness and condition of the room itself, needs a serious overhaul, beds are extra firm and so uncomfortable. The fridge barely worked, floors were dirty. We were in a room that was close to parking but in order to get into the room, you had to take this extra long walk around and to exit you could go via fire exit. Such a silly design in my opinion. Won’t be staying here again.

Nice place. Just wish we knew that the rooms don't get cleaned or fresh linen/towels on the daily. Alternate days for room services. Check-in was rushed, answered my question about bond abruptly. No laundry. I'd say it's not child friendly either.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel offered great value for the price, considering its location and quality of service. We plan to stay here again on our next visit.

2nd time staying and enjoyed our stay there again. Location is great and the little township right nxt door was great giving you options to eat other than restaurant food or if you have a vehicle the town centre is just down the road. Stayed in the habitat room and the size was pretty good considering I had 2 small ones, so we were pretty much most of the day. Check in and out of hotel is easy as. The best part is, the yellow bus shuttles were so convenient and easy to use.

Naumi looked trendy and spacious on pictures but in reality with old room with poor decoration especially dirty toilet. Restaurant staff with attitude. Would not recommend for next airport hotel.

Great quick stay after late flight in. Thanks heaps. Would have been a 5 overall if there were enough cups and glasses for the 3 people who stayed. Only 2 coffee cups were there. Otherwise tops as usual :)

Wonderful stop over on the way to the airport. Great location and very comfortable.

The Location is for people who want to stay near the airport. As for the hotel, nice breakfast, nice rooms very well decorated, nice environment, good swimming pool and areas to hang around, overall a very nice stay.

The service answered very well to a claim that we have. The breakfast service was a bit poor and the food restock not enough.

Had a early early departure, now I luvd my experience, sort of an upgrade from my last two stays, room was "Wow" amenities and facilities excellent, staff excellent also early departure excellent they had a 24hour bus to and from the airport. Definitely recommend Naumi to my friends....

Arrived late at night and they were very accommodating and even offered us a complimentary bottle of wine..will definitely stay here again. Clean and the staff were very friendly.Not noisy and child friendly too.
