Welcoming friendly helpful staff, very clean. Booked deluxe studio with king bed & that what I got 👍 Was surprised bottles of water in fridge free including lovely toiletries to use and/or keep. Great location. Highly recommend A+

It's not bad, the hotel owner is very friendly, the location is good, but the Chinese food at the door is less. Try to live upstairs and downstairs to make the noise louder at night.

Very simple hotel, but the room is very humid

Dirty smelly old settee & chairs, scratched furniture, broken front door lock, smelly urine odour in room, cold shower due to old low pressure water cylinder, shower cubicle very old and grubby. At least towels, slippers, and toiletries were good.

It's a pretty standard, comfortable motel easily within walking distance of the Takapuna city center with its various eateries, market, and beach. Bed and especially the pillows were very comfortable. Great motel for the price!

I expected the cooking to be available within the room, it was not clear on the information that it was a shared kitchenette - that had limited availability. Aside from that everything was to a pleasing standard... Staff were awesome, helpful.

Clean, comfortable. Small but suited our needs as we were out on a waka ama training campaign most of the time.

Room, very clean and well presented. Kitchen utensils, ...no lids on pots. No lids, no coffee plunger..one pot, one small frypan. Otherwise room was fantastic. Going back again
