Located opposite the Manukau bus station and train station, the transportation is convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and the kitchen can be used for cooking.

We arrived and the unit was filthy. Did not want to sit on the couch it was so dirty. We discovered the bedroom lights and the TV were not working so they came and had a look then moved us to another apartment. The new apartment was unfortunately not any cleaner, the aircon was clearly broken with a temp one in the room. The whole place was beaten up. The hallways and lifts stunk. This place clearly has full time tenants with randoms wandering around in their pajamas. We will not be returning here we will leave it for the permanent tenants.

Communcation was great from reception staff.
The apartment itself was tidy but not clean and had a bad smell to it. And even though fans were provided, it was still too hot. It was also not cleaned daily. Rubbish was the only thing that was emptied during our stay.
