I have stayed here previously and at Ramada residences across NZ and Australia, this is the worst by far. The shower was not up to Marsden standard. Black mould around the shower interior and when you opened the shower door reminents of the previous client's showering was visible, definitely not cleaned thoroughly or kept up to clean standard . The shower over flowed - you had to lift off the shower drain cap to view even more mould so that the water would run down the drain. Highlighted this to reception with photos emailed they said they would get this looked at...came back to the room bed was made...shower still the same black mould. Absolutely disappointing

Good location for Due Drop Event Centre Clean good size room For 2 nights I didn’t need the room to be made Not 24h service desk but you can call 24h support on the intercom 3:30AM taxi to the airport took about 20 minutes NZD50 I didn’t use the restaurant looks ok Lone Start next is ok they have other dishes than steaks

Excellent location. Near to shops n food joints. Very clean and very friendly staff. Front desk staff very helpful.

Great stay again. So modern and love how clean it is. The breakfast buffet is an added bonus and is well worth the price. Definitely be back again.

The staff was good and the location was very convenient and they do have car park as well, worth the money.

Facilities, location & amenities are good in the studio rooms. Cleanliness was really good, the only thing would be that because there are no windows in the room there is a musty smell every time you enter it, having come from outside. The service would be an area for improvement more so around knowledge. When signing the room contract I was asking the receptionist questions about how to do early check out and what is turndown service but she said she didn’t know much about the contract and didn’t she didn’t advise us that to get a “2nd key” we needed to download an app to gain access to our rooms as we had to use the keycard we were given for powering the room. Also functions on our TV weren’t working so we called the receptionist and he said it should be there, but the HDMI option wasn’t showing. So he finished our phone call with I don’t know, we can’t help you with that, we don’t have a technician. I managed however to work it out using Google.

Very clean

Comparing with the level of domestic express hotels, it is quite satisfactory on the whole, but the price and hygiene are very satisfactory. It is very suitable if the secondary school is on the road, and the parking space is also very sufficient.

It was just average. Not too good not too bad. The beds are not very comfortable and the staff is not so friendly.

For the price it was ok value for money. Fairly close to the airport but not much around and the hotel is in average condition

Stayed one night ahead of a flight out of Auckland the next morning. Room setup was odd. Some people seemed like they were living here. Didn’t feel great about the location, seemed a little sketchy. Would not stay here again.

The room was fine, and have stayed here before, but i didnt enjoy having awoken regularly by the under hotel carpark garage door right under my room, had the worst night sleep in a long time, unfortunately i will need to reconsider if i stay again, never had it so bad anywhere else, but positive i enjoyed the meal that night and breakfast. Staff service were good, but on check out she didnt seem to want to know how my night was when telling her. Shame as i have enjoyed other stays.

Great convienent place to stay, great room, comfortable bed, good buffet breakfast. If you love planes you get a great view. Very quiet.

The staff is exceptionally friendly & willing to help if you need it. Very courteous staff. Hotel is clean, but rugs need to be changes. Free buffet, first day was passable, second day buffet much better. For what you pay it is very good. Front desk Moe very helpful & knowledgeable. Women at my checkout took my bags out & exceptional as well. On March 18 2024 in the am.
