It’s nice to have a basin inside the room even though the bathroom and shower is shared. Location is convenient as it’s located on Queen’s Street.

Very close and convenient to city. If a bigger sign that indicates the entrance even better.

The location is excellent for the queen street and easy to access CBD Auckland, the room is ok for short trip. But have to close the window to prevent insect. The staffs are nice and helpful.

The hotel is in terrible condition

Overall, it was pretty good and very cost effective. Helpful staff. • Luggage storage room available. Laundry service avail on site (4 bucks for washing machine, 4 bucks for dryer & 2 bucks for washing powder), Ironing service was free of charge. • Toothbrush & Toothpaste were available upon purchase @ the reception. Hot water, box fan, kettle, small fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, clean towel, soap, shampoo were all avail. The first two nights I stayed, I had to use a shared bathroom, however, it was very clean. After that I extended my stay where I was moved to another room which included a bathroom. Also, perfect location as it is situated on the busiest street in the city centre where you'll find a lot of restaurants & shops nearby even supermarkets. * The down part was that it gets very noisy at night, you could hear the traffic & people on the street screaming. Plus, the mattress wasn't in its best shape.

Good hotel if you're on a tight budget. Has no facilities at all. Excellent location though. Clean and friendly service.

Wash basin are too small to use and easy get splashed with water and get wet on the floor

The room is little bit tiny but good for the price, just the heater doesn't working when the room is cold it's a problem

Basic single room with shared bathroom facilities. I got what I paid for so no complaints

The location is perfect because it will only take me 10 minutes to walk to the Harbour. There are many great restaurants nearby that do not close until 12-1 am. The annoying part is that you must use a key to get to the common bathroom, but I get it. There's room service every day to replace my towel and clean my trash can, and I was surprised that they do that. The funny thing is that they ask you for an 800NZD deposit, but you can use your credit card; for those who don't have one, it would be annoying. Overall, I wouldn't mind to stay here again if I come back for a visit.

We always have a great stay here. So close to town and universities.

The location is good. The service is nice. The amenities are good for the price. Just experience some mosquitos in the room. But overall it's good.
