This place is really strategic if you want to have short trip and need to be close to the airport!

The hotel was ok. However there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The hotel itself is in need of a bit of TLC

Absolutely loved the cleanliness, smelt fresh walking through the hallways. Friendly helpful staff and reception. 5 minute walk to a Cafe. Quiet room from traffic

It’s probably a little expensive for what it js. It has a haggard motel feel. It seems like VR acquire properties that are a little rough around the edges. Hotel ignored my request placed via the app which was a simple one.

The hotel is old but not too bad. Room location is bit at the back. Our room don't have TV remote and they don't have spare one.

Staff were hard working, but lacked direction. My room was clean on arrival, Notified staff twice before being cleaned late on fourth day. Bar was unorganised. I didn't eat at hotel other than breakfast. Some items ran out before 09.00 (croissants in particular) Some maintenance being undertaken, but no one seen on the job. Beer cans and cig butts seen outside room on verandah. Outside areas untidy. Shower pressure low. Door rattled when closed.

The gateway hotel was very clean, presentable & close to the airport. The staff of the hotel made our check-in a breeze as they were very clear, knowledgeable & made us feel very welcoming. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay most enjoyable.

The staff were excellent. The room was a good size with a large but soft bed and sound proofing would have helped during our two night stay.

Good place near the airport but I never got to experience it because my flight was delayed and the hotel didn’t give any concessions with modifications

Room maintenance is problem, tv and heat remove control spoil , shower soap never fits properly . Price is higher

Great and right by the airport!

Its easy to find the location, travellers friendly and accomodative and most especially budget friendly. I recommend this hotel for travellers.

Feedback is great service and room. Very handy to have airport shuttle at 5AM and OK for disabled customers.
