Good location near K Road and easy walk down to waterfront and Britomart. 2.5km walk to Eden Park and Newmarket. Rooms are ok but not the reason to stay there. Handy having kitchen and laundry facilities.

Lovely clean friendly place, would definitely stay again

Nothing flash but a good value, very spacious well-equipped 1-bedroom apartment, conveniently located for visiting Auckland City Hospital. Balcony was a bonus. Reliable free WiFi. Friendly helpful front desk team. Quiet (on the 11th floor) considering lively location in Auckland city.

The hotel location is quite convenient, the facilities are modern and clean. The staff is friendly and accomodating. My only real issue is that there were a few days when they were painting the hallway outside my room; and my room smelled quite heavily of paint fumes. I have asthma and this adversely affected my health and comfort; paint fumes has both short-term and long-term harm to your health; so I don't understand why they would do this sort of work with guests inside the rooms. Anyways my rating is 5 stars regardless and highly recommond staying in this hotel if you are visiting Auckland

Very nice. Near the downtown. And have a big room to stay. Five starts.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the University of Auckland. You can walk about 1 kilometer to Queen Street. The sofa and chairs in the room are relatively old. Opposite the hotel is a cemetery. It was a bit crowded at night. I stayed for 4 nights and there was no cleaning during the period. I had to change the bath towels by myself every day. I throw away the garbage myself, the kitchen equipment is quite complete, and I buy food from the supermarket and cook it myself.

Warm service and good location! Convenient for shopping on Queen Street!

I live in a double room, the sanitary conditions are okay, and it is relatively large, but the facilities are very old, some equipment is not working well, and the sound insulation is relatively poor. The window faces the expressway, and the noise is non-stop for 24 hours, but one is after a long distance The baptism of the plane, the second is the language barrier, the communication is inconvenient, and the luggage is too much, it is inconvenient to move, but it is quite close to the University of Austria and the Sky Tower, so it will be settled.

A little far from the city center, It was a convenient place to use the bus. Also, since it was used by 3 people, they changed me to a room with more beds.

Although the location of the hotel is good, it is really not easy to drive, not to mention parking, the room is not enough and the room is relatively large. The overall environment is not good, but the interior is okay. The overall hygiene is not very good, but the room is fine.

The room is very big, with a kitchen and bathroom. The front desk also helped to extend the check-out until 12:00 noon, which is a very good feeling.

Opposite Symonds Street is the university, and it is also walking distance to Karangahape Road! The service is good, early/late Check in/out can be negotiated! The special thing is the claustrophobic military cemetery opposite the tree. The balcony outside the room should be added later. It is very narrow. The glass railing is only one meter high. The balcony floor is slightly inclined outward. Standing on the balcony is very frightening. Someone beckons and says come down and play together 🤣🤣🤣
