Service was great, everyone was super friendly and very helpful, only downside was the people in the next room were a bit loud, could hear their conversations.

There are pots, knives, induction cooker, you can cook. The wall paint in the room is uneven, maybe it’s because there is a kitchen at this price

Perfect location for Eden Park Concert goers. We stayed here walked down the road for dinner. Supermarket there too. Walked across the road to Alexandra Park and jumped on the bus to Ed Sheeran This was a week after major floods in Auckland. Our room was clean and spacious. Did take 2 visits to reception to get extra coffee and clean towels. But I would stay here again

staying after hospital treatment at greenlane hospital , great location clean private staff are lovley and helpful sky t,v nice coffee, close to buses , caffee , supermarket only a $15 uber to the cbd

We arrived at this motel to find the room dark, dated, paint peeling of the walls , stains on the sheets , curtains did not met and the cleanliness it not good . To top it all of there were lots of children’s and adults swearing and shouting at each other, slamming doors etc, we complied to the manger and were told that this motel is now being used for long term tenants . We did not stay . If you are looking for a nice, quiet ,clean place to stay then this is not the place .

I was accompanying my sister who was having surgery at Greenlane Hospital the next day. The accommodation was arranged through the hospital system via Orbit Travel, as were the flights from Christchurch and airport transfers. I had read the reviews on tripadvisor and was a bit concerned. I don't mind old and tired but I very much mind, grubby and dirty. With my mind on my sister's surgery and recovery I didn't want to make a fuss. We spent the night there, got my sister to Greenlane and I made a hasty retreat the next morning, not wanting to spend another night there. Left the key by the sink as requested and spent the next night at my brother's place. The floors were dirty as were the dishes and surfaces. Cuboard doors had seen better days. It was dark and dingy, no air-conditioning, noisy until the small hours. Not condusive to a stress free night before a medical procedure. I would not recommend a stay at this dirty establishment.
